Welcome to Pickleball Paradise: This is a beautifully updated and professionally decorated townhome with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, nestled in a serene beach neighborhood just 5 blocks from the ocean. The private backyard oasis is the true highlight of this home offering a PRIVATE pickleball/basketball court, a putting green with a sand trap feature, a large heated pool, and a cozy fire pit lounge. A shaded cabana and pergola with seating area, provide plenty of space to unwind. Pickleball Paradise also boasts a grill station, complete with provided propane, to make poolside cookouts easy and fun.

This single-level townhouse features an open-concept layout to make gathering effortless. The living room and each bedroom feature smart TVs and Wi-Fi. The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary creativity, complete with a blender, a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, and everything you'll need to cook at home. A sunroom overlooking the yard is an ideal spot for a quiet morning coffee.

With multiple king and queen bedrooms, plus a fun bunk room for kids, everyone will have their own place to relax. Thoughtful design details, plush bedding, and spa-inspired bathrooms add comfort and style throughout the home.

What an amazing place! Clean, perfectly appointed, walk to the beach and of course a backyard that you can spend days in. Host was very responsive and available for any question. Can’t say enough good things about our stay. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at jacksonville beach

The house is totally prepare to have fun and enjoy a wonderful stay at jacksonville beach. It comes with a pleanty of different games, fully equiped to enjoy the beach also and the house is also fully pack to host a big group of people. This house is amazing. There is so much to do on the property from swimming to pickleball to basketball to watching the game outside on the tv. We will definitely be back. Also, Gator ice-cream is only 5 min away and they have some of the most amazing flavors. Great location for food and other activities as well.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It was absolutely perfect for our family.The putting green, pool, pickle ball court, and covered patio area where we enjoyed watching the 2025 Masters golf tournament.

Amazing experience

House was wonderful with all the amenities needed (tons of towels, kitchen supplies, soap, etc). But obviously best part of stay was the backyard, which we stayed in the entire time. House is just as described with tons of activities. My family loved our stay and will definitely be returning!

Family Vacation

Our family had a fantastic visit to Jax Beach. This house was perfect for us and the backyard oasis is amazing. No one was ever bored! Mike was very quick to respond when we had a minor problem and the issue was resolved quickly. We definitely plan to come back!

Backyard oasis

The inside of the house is very cozy and much bigger than it appears from the outside, but the real highlight is the backyard! You feel like you are at your own resort. Highly recommend booking this house!

Perfect Family Vacation

My kids had the best time vacationing at this house. We spent the majority of the time in the backyard and have a new found love of picket ball. The house was equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Zero complaints.

Amazing time in Jacksonville Beach

My family was looking for a staycation in jacksonville close to the beach to hang out. We found this property. Wow it was incredible. Our kids loved the pickleball and basketball court in the back yard. We were walking distance to the beach. The younger two stayed in the loft room which had an amazing paint design. The place was very clean and would definitely stay again.

Short family vacation

We stayed for 2 nights and would have liked to stay longer. There is ample seating space in the yard for a family of 10 to spread out. I was afraid that with 10 of us we might feel crowded but we were fine. We even enjoyed the seasonal room during a rain storm. It had all the toiletries, kitchenware, towels and linens thqt we needed. It is close to grocery stores, good restaurants and the beach.The cleanliness was superb. And the wireless phone charger stands in the bedrooms were a nice surprise! We would 100% stay here again. .
