Room was dirty upon arrival. Floors sticky room smelled of dog urine/feces. No blakets on beds, tv was not functioning. Trash in cabinets. Went to front office twice to ask for assistance. First time person wronte on paper room number and tv. Noone came so I returned 2 days later second time I went to speak with someone I was told I needed to return a differente day to speak with manager. I didn't have time. People living there scream and argue almost evey night. There was a girl that would intentionaly set her car alarm off multiple times during the night and 3-4 in the morning. Someone with a dog let it poop in front of my door and no one cleaned it. It's still there. Trash on stairs. Just an over all negative experience. Will not be returning and wouldn't give a recommendation to anyone wanting to stay.

Lighting was not good, missing coffee pot, coffee, cups. Only one towel provided for two guests Door key stopped working in the middle of the night. Desk clerk very friendly.

Left as soon as I saw the room. Old animal feces in the bathroom, everything disgusting. Bathroom dirty Lots of drug activity including Roxy in the office. Was told I was wrong when politely addressed issues. Avoid at all costs.

There were holes in the wall in the room. Bed sheets were dirty and did not look like they had been changed. The shower/tub was dirty.

Needs an update, not enough lighting in the room. Moved from a king room to a queen room, no compensation for the down grade plus king room was not even clean at 7pm at night to check in. No waste basket, nothing to cook with (it is an extended stay studio with stove top, microwave, fridge and sink- should have a pan and utensils). Smoke detector was missing from ceiling, someone soft knocked on door at 130am looking for a female, asked who it was then they disappeared.

Terrible....

This stay was one of my worst and I've stayed a lot of places. Upon arrival, I had to ask for a blanket because the bed didn't have one. For my whole stay here, I didn't have a TV and I went to the front desk multiple times to try and get this resolved. Only one light in the room worked. The front desk service was alright but other than that it was terrible.
