First off the lady there was nice but there was this man who just didn’t wanna help at all. He was rude short and didn’t have great customer service. The website says u can be 18 but there u can’t it says you can pay in cash but you can’t. Overall I don’t recommend this places.

I feel like one of the staff is really nice it's a lady in the office that is just so helpful and then some of the other ones though just kind of treat you like they do not care if you stay or go and like they hate their job

The property manager is very unprofessional. I paid for a week and was forced off of the hotel property for placing a small bag of trash outside my door to dispose of at the dumpster (yes, you have to dispose of your own trash and wash your own linens and towels while paying for a week. There is also no housekeeping service so you have to clean your own room.) I was escorted from the property at 10 pm at night and the property manager refused to refund my money for the remaining 4 days I had already paid for. DO NOT STAY AT STUDIO 6, ESPECIALLY THE BAYMEADOWS ROAD, JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA PROPERTY.
