Great house, great location, can't wait to return!

We stayed with a family group with ages ranging from 8-78. The elevator was VERY helpful (plus super cool to the kids). The house was modern, clean and very well-appointed. We enjoyed the ping pong table, bikes and view of the beach (not far down the road) from the balcony. The house is even closer than we realized it would be to the beach and is walkable to the downtown Jacksonville beach shops and restaurants. And lastly, three words: EPIC MASTER BATHROOM. Our only negative if there has to be one is that the HVAC unit is outside the downstairs bedrooms, so it's a little loud when it runs at night. It wouldn't keep us from returning, however!

A quick winter getaway at the beach

Family Fun Weekend

We had an amazing time at this house. We loved walking to the beach everyday and playing games around the large dining table at night. We all were to relaxed and slept great in the comfortable beds. This is a property that is so good, that you almost want to keep it a secret. They thought of everything. The location, right next to the beach was amazing. Not only is the property nice, but the owners thought of all the things you would need to enjoy a beach vacation home. Towels, toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Its close to so many restaurants and shopping that we had trouble choosing. Its a winner!

This was our 1st time away as a family since our son was diagnosed with cancer. This was the perfect spot for us! Very clean and close to the beach. Our kids had their own rooms and loved playing ping pong to end each day. We will always look back with a smile for this vacation. Wish we could have stayed longer but had to be back home early

Fantastic beach property for families

We loved our stay at Surfside! The house has a highchair, pack n play, and stair gates, which made it so much easier for us to stay with my youngest - much less to pack. The master suite is incredible; the kids loved the tub. The appliances and furnishings are super nice and new. The swings on the balcony are comfortable to hang out in. We visited during spring break, and the area was quiet, as you're south of the bars and restaurants, but not too far. They're a very quick drive. The beach access was awesome - the walkway is less than a block from the house, the beach is clean and not too crowded, and the few neighbors we spoke with were nice. Spoke to management via text when a smoke detector was beeping, and they were responsive and nice. This is definitely a property we'd visit again!
