We have outdoor seating and are located in the heart of Jaco Beach, Costa Rica which allows for an enjoyable vacation. Walk to everywhere in Jaco for restaurants, shopping, tours, and the beach. Great spot. 30 second walk to the beach. Centrally located down town is perfect for what I was looking for. The room was exactly as described. Everything was newer and updated, private and quiet. I arrived late due to heavy traffic and the host Lauren made sure I was all set. Very accommodating and friendly, with easy communication. Made my stay easy. I would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you.

This a great find for affordable, clean and secure lodging in the heart of Jaco. Just 25 meters from the beach, this apartment is easily walkable to shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. It’s the size of a smallish hotel room that appears newly renovated. This a busy area so noise could be an issue, although they have thoughtfully included foam ear plugs.

I came for two weeks to work remotely and then vacation. This property is amazing. Everything about it was perfect ..the room ..the staff and the little bar restaurant out front. I would finish work and walk steps to surf. Amazing property and staff!!

Steps from the beach. This makes it very easy to go back and forth to the room from the beach. The manager is very nice and friendly. Hot water in the showers. And half a block to the main street for restaurants and shopping.

Perfect for the right Person/Couple

This place looks like a new apartment. Very clean and a nice size for a studio. It's very close to the downtown action and the beach is just down the block. Street parking is available but tight, however they also offer a parking lot option (for a fee). If you are looking for convenience, close to downtown with minimal expense this is the place.

Nice place, very clean and perfect for the price!

The Airbnb is clean and efficient , small but perfect for me traveling solo. Great for one or two persons. It’s was literally steps from the beach, always good:) There was a lady on premise the entire time, Jakki, she was very sweet and helpful!! Had a great stay there, would definitely recommend!
