There were mouse poop on the floor in the bathroom, ceiling was crumbling down, the carpet was damp and it smelled. I rented two rooms, but did not go into the other. Told and showed a picture to the desk person but I didn’t get any response.

Great hotel for the money

Our stay was brief but the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a 2 minute walk from our event so it was perfect.

This is the second time we've stayed in the past two years and will continue to book here when returning to Jamestown. The bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel and surroundings are clean. The proper is within walking distance to many restaurants and places like the National Comedy Museum. Highly recommended.

Very convenient to where we needed to be. Nice staff, pleasant rooms and overall atmosphere-not fancy but more than adequate. Good breakfast. Welcoming to our dog. Friendly staff. Our biggest complaint? Dog friendly, but no information on where to eat-ex. patios available that are dog friendly. No information about where to walk the dog. It's not unique to this hotel, but a simple list of where to eat (maybe 2 options), where to walk (a park on 4th, a block over), would be so helpful. Google is not always accurate. And, the personal touch goes a long way.

the shower was a walk in shower in an accessible room. The drain was clogged and water filled the bathroom. the shower curtain was moldy, and there was no water pressure. other than the bathroom the room was acceptable.

The bedskirt had dog hair all over it and the other side something was spilled in it. The sink drain was broken . The couch had big stain marks abd the parking is horrible. But the staff were very nice abd accommodating. They washed the cover for us since we had already unpacked and did want to move. Alsi the hot water was barely warm.
