Very bad customer service told not to come back

I was told never to come back after I raised a complaint, the responsibile person at the property told me that one bad review won’t harm as she got 300 great reviews. I won’t be going back or recommend this property to anyone because of the attitude I got that I must never come back and also highlighting that one bad review won’t hurt because of the great reviews received. Extremely terrible rude comment this was ... very disappointing

Our terms and conditions state that any person not booked and just visiting will be liable to pay if they are still at the premises after 19:00. We were more than once lenient towards the fact that you spend "unpaid" time with the guest booked in with us. We did not charge you extra for late departing and yet you suggested that I have to be grateful for the booking and let you depart when it is convenient for you, without taking arriving guests in consideration. The reason we asked the lady 45 minutes after departing time politely to just sit outside in our beautiful garden, was to be ready for guests booked and will be arrive early as requested in advance by them. This is exactly why guesthouses and hotels have “arriving and departing times”
