The room was wonderful. I stayed in suite 501 and it was awesome. The bedding was premium and the bath was well stocked with towels and toiletries. My coffee bar was well stocked also. The fireplace in the main lobby was cozy as it was during the snow storm hitting the Tri-Cities. The staff was very helpful. My stay was wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed the Austin Springs Spa experience, but we were just as impressed with the hotel room itself! The Carnegie Hotel is a real jewel in Johnson City, standing out in its elegance and sophistication. The reception staff were friendly, courteous and attentive and we will definitely plan future visits.

Spacious rooms. Handsome decor in the public areas. Very affordable. Nobody builds hotels like this! For the price of plain vanilla you get beautiful sculpture , art , and leather chairs in the lobby anf other spaces including the restaurant where the waiters are young and happy.
