Nestled between the heart of Sooke, BC, and the Pacific ocean, this fully furnished, self-contained ground-level suite is surrounded by a magical forest and two private beaches. With breath-taking panoramic views, ever-changing skies, resident wildlife, and frequent visits from local orca pods and humpback whales, your stay here is bound to be unforgettable.

Walk up three steps and enter a warm and relaxing space. This home has 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, and 1.5 bathrooms on a single level. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and the other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The cozy design of this home combines modern simplicity with a cottage classic feel, featuring stunning original antique touches and large south-facing windows that flood the space with natural light.

The fully equipped craftsman kitchen is ready to provide all your meals--or keep leftovers and drinks ready to go. Gather family and friends around the dining table for a meal or boardgames, or spread out and take a quick work meeting as needed. Whatever your activity, enjoy panoramic ocean views as you sit at the table. Out the sliding doors, walk right into the yard and onto the private beach below.

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour Ă  orca point. Vu extraordinaire avec vu sur les montagnes amĂ©ricaines. Trois chambres trĂšs agrĂ©ables. Un p’tit problĂšme de lave vaisselle mais qui a Ă©tĂ© pris immĂ©diatement en compte par Stacey des qu’on l’a prĂ©venu. Le lave vaisselle est maintenant neuf.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Above and beyond in so many ways. A great place for our Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed as did our 8 month old puppy love the property, especially the beach or sitting at the balcony door watching the birds fly by. Very relaxing. Highly recommend.

We booked this for a family vacation for my birthday. The property is exactly as described. Amazingly well appointed. There is everything there you could possibly need. The views are amazing. We loved this place so much. It's quirky and filled with charm. I can't wait to go back again.

Peaceful and relaxing getaway

We had a lovely stay at Orca Point. It’s a beautiful location with a private rocky beach. The house was well appointed comfortable for 4 adults. There are lots of places to explore in the area but were very happy spending most of our time enjoying the view and relaxing. Beds were comfortable and it was silent and dark at night, which was fabulous!
The house from the beach, this suite is the main floor, deck is part of a second suite.

Amazing family home

We had a wonderful time staying here - the views are just like it shows in the photos! The highlight was definitely the dining room with its huge windows - we had many happy family meals there. Cannot recommend this place more highly!

Fantastic getaway

This was the perfect getaway for three middle-aged ladies enjoying a weekend away. We really leaned in to our newly middle-age status and spent hours bird watching, drinking wine, sitting on the beach, and enjoying the gorgeous view. The property was well maintained and clean. The rental was a suite on a property shared with others, however we only very occasionally saw or heard anyone else. The host was easy to reach. Just thinking about the view and nature we spotted brings a level of peace I wish I could have all the time. We would definitely return!

Very beautiful scenery. Decor is unique. Feels like a game of Eye Spy. We spent most of our time staring out into to ocean, spotting many types of wild life. There's a short walk down to the beach on either side of the property. Very comfy beds. Enjoyed that we could bring our dog. Many comforts of home. Would stay again Cons: Checking in, or lack there of was a bit strange. A neighbor let us in. The host did not return my call. No information sheet was left. Parking is not ideal. Many cars coming and going in a very tight space Although we were aware it was a private suite, it was a little misleading as to how many other units/tenants there are on the property, a mixture of permanent, short and long term. We still enjoyed our time but "private" is not a word I'd use in this situation.This would not stop me from booking again but perhaps not for a romantic getaway.

Cozy with fantastic views

We had the best time staying at this lovely vrbo. The place was welcoming, spacious and well maintained. It had everything we could have needed for our trip and the standout feature was the ocean view from almost every room. Watching seals, otters, and deer from the comfort of the couch or at the dining room table was such a treat.
