Bad experience

Check in was smooth. Staff was great. Hot water didnt work so had cold showers for a few days. The water guard for the shower was loose and caulking was missing so bathroom flooded every time anyone toom a shower. Had to go to office 3 to 4 times for a arm full of towels to mop up the water. Any time we washed are hands or brushed our teeth, the sink filled up as the drain was stopped up. Asked for maintenance to fix while we were out but never fixed anything. Woke up early one morning to go fish at the pier and decided to get breakfast before we went. Got there at 6:20 and sat down to wait for food to be brought out since it said food was served at 6am. While sitting and waiting, a roach was crawling on the wall behind the cereal containers so we decided not to eat. Sadley, the roach was gone by the time i got my camera out. Overall, I wouldn't stay again. Ill pay more money and stay somewhere a bit nicer.

We like it here. The only thing they need to do is chill the pool. The water is so hot and there’s barely any shade.

What else can I say, the stay was above my expectations. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable. close to the beach access, having more options for breakfast would be nice. The service was great, very friendly, inviting and engaging. The staff were so outgoing and wonderful to talk to, it was like I never left home.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was good other than the pancake machine broken and thats the only thing my kids would eat. Ice machine was broken, and the pool was very hot. I asked staff to fill my shampoo and conditioner and they didnt. But other than that were walkigm distance from juno pier and beach
