Welcome to Hale Kahakai, located in the gated Turtle Bay community in North Shore. You're just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful white sand beach in a cove protected by a natural reef- perfect for children. Arnold Palmer Golf Course, Turtle Bay Resort, and Roy's Beach House are all open. The resort, Roy’s, Lei Lei's restaurant, Paradise Helicopters, and Turtle Bay Stables are all within 5-10 minute walking distance. Ten minute drive to Sunset Beach and Bonzai Pipeline, 30 minutes to iconic Haleiwa.
The space
Completely remodeled in 2021, with high-end features such as a Daikin split AC, 75-inch Smart TV, Breville Espresso machine, and instant hot water dispenser. Enjoy the contemporary Tropical Island feel throughout. Comfortable brand new mattresses in both rooms, gourmet kitchen with double oven, a large island, and even a full dining space, which is rare for these condos. Free parking, one dedicated parking space. Pool close by, tennis courts on property. Full washer/dryer in unit. Blow dryer in basket under sink with towels. A water "sports package" is included (2 x surfboards, snorkeling/fin equipment, and other water toys).
Guest access
Guests will be provided with a fob to get in to gated community and pool. There is a dedicated parking spot for the unit.
Other things to note
Shower diverter nozzle is located in tub spout where the water flows out. Pull down on the metal ring located at the spout exit. The wall knobs are just for temperature and flow.
