Publié le 17 juill. 2016 sur HotelsNous avions réservé ce condo pour une nuit avant de prendre notre vol pour notre famille de 3 personnes et mes beaux-parents. Nous l'avions choisi pour l'emplacement et les commodités proposés. Comme nous avons été déçus et frustrés! En arrivant, notre unité n'était pas prête et nous avons dû attendre 1h30. Nous nous sommes vus charger des frais de ménage de 88$ US pour une seule nuit, déjà que nous avions déboursé un bon montant pour l'unité. Finalement, quand nous avons enfin eu notre condo, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait au moins 30 degrés. Quand nous nous sommes plaints, on nous a expliqué que pour les clients qui ne dormaient qu'une nuit cela coûtait 25$ US pour avoir la clim! Ok, si vous ne souhaitez pas louer aux voyageurs de passage et bien, ne le faites pas! Avoir su, nous aurions réservé deux chambres à l'hôtel et nous aurions pu dormir.

Assigned parking spaces were very narrow. Doubt if two minivans like ours could fit together in the two car space assigned and occupants still be able to get out. There were storage sheds separating each pair of spaces which seemed unnecessary.

This is the real Hawaii, quiet and peaceful. No crowds and no “BUZZ” just yourself and the beautiful island and ocean. Come here to relax, turn off the WiFi, (they have it but you don’t need it or want it) Just one minor negative, all unit have steps, some have a lot of steps.

Beds are hard as rocks. We booked a 2 bed with sofa sleeper and there was no sofa sleeper. We found an air mattress in the closet. We booked a condo for the kitchen however all utensils were very run down. The “sharp” knives are duller than a butter knife. Beautiful location, quiet but no real community feel. It needs some updating and care and could truly be a great place.

While the condo size, view and location are wonderful the condo itself needs some maintenance. Several areas in both bathrooms have dry rot and need to be repaired. All appliances were functional except ice maker in the refrigerator. While the kitchen was well stocked overall there were only two pots, one very small and one extra large. The staff at the complex were very friendly, attentive and competent. The cable box in the bedroom was not functioning when we arrived, I contacted the front desk and maintenance came by very shortly and determined that box was bad. They contacted local cable company and a service tech came and replaced the box within a couple of hours. I can’t even get kind of service back home! I would definitely stay at this complex again but probably not this unit.
