Great Stay!

Fantastic hotel which is clean and always friendly. The breakfast offers a variety and is set up cmvery well. We had great difficulty finding the hotel and it could use better signage to help people find it. The stay itself was perfect.

Everything was wonderful about our stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the staff came in daily to exchange towels and empty trash. Staff was very friendly and kind. Highly recommend.

Disappointed in several ways

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and been disappointed both times. We decided to try again because it’s the best reviewed hotel in the area. 1) We stayed for Christmas and my son stayed w my mom. During the the night he had a (minor) emergency and my sister tried to call us. The hotel would not put them through to our room for privacy reasons, and then the hotel told them they would call our room to let us know. They did not call us or knock on our door. My sister called three times and they were not helpful. Waking up the next morning to all the texts from my family was very scary. Luckily he was okay, but this was extremely disappointing. 2. The workout room was incredibly warm. Both my wife and I complained and we were told it was a “common complaint” but there was nothing they could do. Management wouldn’t allow for cooler temps. 3. One of the elevators’ inspection is out of date. 4. There were weird stains on the carpeting in our room. 5. It’s not a huge deal, but the pancake machine was out of order. Our kids like the machine and it is a reason we choose these hotels. But they’re always out of order. So much so they have fancy sign printed up.

A fun stopover for Thanksgiving

Nice clean hotel with everything we needed. Very friendly, attentive staff. The night manager made sure to refill the hot water for hot cocoa. The hospitality person managing the breakfast bar was outstanding and genuinely enjoyed helping everyone! This all made for a very nice holiday stopover.
