Cute fun place to stay

Publié le 5 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayI measured theesquare footage...Outside perimeter measures about 25ft. x 20ft. The listing says 920 sq ft. It only is maybe 625 sq. ft. including the deck. I think you should modify your listing accordingly. It is a nice cottage, but was expecting a little bit larger for the price.

OK Property, Excellent Service
Publié le 12 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty was clean, all appliances worked and the friendly property manager promptly dealt with the burned out lights, us running of out propane for the BBQ and replacing the batteries in the TV remote. We liked the fact that the cottage came with plenty of garbage bags, shampoo, hair conditioner and other consumables that other properties we have stayed at in the past didn't provide. We would stay here again.
However, while there was an outdoor shower as advertised, it more suitable for washing sand off legs rather than the implied taking a full shower as the water was not heated nor did the surroundings guarantee privacy. The dresser in the bedroom, while fitting the decoration theme of the cottage, was not useful for putting very many clothes in so we used our suitcases. The storage in the kitchen was very limited and what shelving that existed was occupied by decorative knickknacks. It is clear that the Owners put a great deal of thought and care into making a cute little cottage that is visually appealing but sacrificed a little bit of efficiency in doing so.

This was the perfect place for our first trip to Kauai!

Not fancy, but nice!
Publié le 29 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here. It was really private and secluded even while being in the heart of traffic and other places nearby. Nice short walk to the ocean and also lots of eating and shopping! All the basic necessities & some more were there.
Drawbacks- minimal supply of washcloths and bath towels. (Hand towels were nice and plentiful!). The bed was okay for the first few nights, but it was terrible most of the time. We would wake up with SORE backs! The cottage inside wasn’t quite as nice as the photos.
We were still happy with our stay!
