Savor your morning coffee or a refreshing Mai Tai on the peaceful lanai surrounded by swaying palm trees. Take leisurely strolls to four pristine lagoons, diverse dining options, Starbucks, shopping, and championship golf courses—all within walking distance.

Enjoy the convenience of parking in your own private driveway (1 car only) and the comfort of central AC inside. Make a splash in the community pool, unwind in the hot tub, or host a BBQ in the shared outdoor spaces. Access to the fitness center is available upon request.

Inside, sleep soundly in two king beds and one queen bed. Utilize the full-size washer/dryer, stay connected with Smart TV and Wi-Fi, and relax knowing that your stay includes an average nightly rate based on a 30-day (29-night) rental period, as this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

This townhome was a gem of a find in the beautiful Ko Olina area! My family and I (myself, husband, parent in-laws, 4 and 2 year old kids) were looking for a spacious, clean rental to accommodate us for our 10 day visit with my sister-in-law and family who are stationed at Hickam Air Force Base. We wanted to avoid the craziness of Waikiki and instead stay in a more secluded, quiet and family-oriented part of the island. This townhome and location checked all the boxes! From booking and even prior to check-in, Julie communicated helpful information and provided a point of contact in the neighborhood should anything be needed. We ended up needing an extra parking pass and it was provided promptly! Check-in was smooth and easy. The unit is updated and clean, stocked with all the essentials you should need. We did find the trash can in the kitchen to be very small and recommend replacing with a larger size to avoid needing to change it multiple times a day. We also ended up running out of laundry and dish detergent and toilet paper, so needed to supplement with our own. If stocking more is an option, that may be helpful for future guests. However, in the grand scheme of our stay this was not a major concern compared to the positives!The proximity of the townhome to lagoons, restaurants, shops, and resorts was a major bonus! If we ever find ourselves wandering back to Oahu, we would without hesitation book this property again. Thank you for such great accommodations!

Very nice and clean townhouse. Family trip to Hawaii, we had a wonderful stay. The townhouse was very clean, easy access, and the host was easy to reach with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Oahu. Neighborhood was quiet, restaurants, shopping not far. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip for our family, with a stress free stay.

I love this place. Julie local contact Jen has been very communicative we stayed during the Tsunami warning . During our stay a brush fire also happened. Jen made sure to keep us updated. The place was perfect it was clean , the pool was a plus .

Ko Olina Gem

We had a wonderful stay at this Ko Olina Hillside Gem! The townhouse is exactly as described, comfortable, quiet and convenient to restaurants, shops and the nearly hotels and wonderful lagoons and beaches. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were new. Communication with the owners Julie and Todd was excellent as they made sure our stay was just as we had planned. The nearly manger Jen was a terrific resource sharing recommendations and taking care of all of our questions and needs. We highly recommend this gem and hope to return again!

Ko Olina - the perfect place to stay

We absolutely would stay at this condo again and again. Everything was great! We were greeted with some Hawaiin treats and the place was spotless. If you need a place to stay...this is it. It is so quiet and peaceful. There are numerous restaurants and an ABC story for any convenience store needs. The Host of this property was readily available and answered our questions really quick. I will sum it up by saying if you are looking for a place to stay in Oahu...this is it. just book it!!!

Ko Olina Paradise

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Ko Olina. This was a perfect location with something for everyone to do from sipping coffee at the Four Seasons, snorkeling in the lagoons, Mai Tai’s at Monkeypods, catamaran trips out of the marina, luau at Paradise Cove, golf, pool, etc. The home is not large, but was perfect for a family of 6, and we didn’t spend much time in the house anyhow. The owner and manager were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Perfect Stay

I had a fantastic 7-night stay at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area and get everywhere I wanted to go. Prefect locale for a perfect Hawaiian vacation!

This is a beautiful community, and a wonderful townhouse! Clean, modern and well stocked. The beds are amazing and super comfy.
