The hotel manager laughed at me when I asked for a taxi after the checkout. The hotel is very far from chandigarh, he told me to walk or find an auto in town.

Good Property but not very well maintained

Pour : Suites were good.
The property was good (I had booked 2 suites) but it could be maintained better. We had a leaking washroom, AC not working, broken glass pieces in the room. Also, I found the property location to be OK (a bit far from Parwanoo or Pinjore Garden) but good for exploring nature.

Experience wasn't good as the staff was very unfriendly, food was terrible and even after feedback the service was not taken of instead the staff was ignorant on requests from the guests.

Peaceful place as a weekend getaway

It was awesome. Food was very tasty.Service was very nice.staff was very polite and humble. Overall the experience was great. planning to come over again sometime.

Hotel is way outside and difficult to reach. There was almost no occupancy during our stay. Only good thing was good food quality, but takes more time.

NOT SO GREAT EXPERIENCE

I booked this hotel seeing name attached to it as SPA hotel , but spa was not operational , I got to know from front office that spa guy is on leave , surprise to know such thing. Only one person operate SPA ? In such big hotel ? Secondly this hotel is over rated as 4 star on EXEDIA , This hotel seems to one STAR ,no bathroom amenities , the worst part was water pressure in shower , wash basin and WC . I don't understand why this hotel is listed in CHANDIGARH , this is around 25 KM FROM CHANDIGARH BUT Chandigarh is in PUNJAB AND this hotel is in Himachal Pradesh , this is misguiding as different states.

If you want to stay in Baddi stay in this hotel.

No Complaints as far as the hotel is concerned. Everything about this hotel is good except the surroundings. We thought it would be surrounded by mountains but infact it is surrounded by Factories :-) . Kasauli is 50 kms from this hotel.

It's value for money with good food & F/O Rooms

I booked this hotel since it's a hotel with a SPA but the SPA was not functioning. I booked the hotel for two of my other business partners too and it was a real disappointment therefore we stayed only for one night and cancelled the balance two days. The rooms are really good and comfortable and the food too very good. I would suggest them to fix the SPA properly with the Gym better facilities will do good for the hotel.
