The property was nasty bathroom had paint falling off the doors there were cockroaches on the bed when I woke up the next morning there was no continental breakfast it was a little pack of muffins and an apple in a bag I will never stay there again

Toilet paper was nearly gone… One towel in the bathroom… No trashcan… Remote control did not work… Bed was good, but other than that don’t ever stay here

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I made the mistake of not looking at the reviews and just booking the place. Biggest mistake of my life! The morning staff was nice and they let us check in early. I was in a hurry for an appointment so I didn’t bother noticing. I was out running errands all day. My husband stayed behind at the hotel, he asked to have the floor cleaned while I was gone but I didn’t realize the extent of how bad the room was. The floor even after being mopped was still dirty. The one chair had stains all over it, the a/c unit and the walls also had stains all over it. We decided to tough it out because we lived 4 hours away and I was already super tired. But later in the night the heater broke. We told the lady at the front desk and she said she was going to send someone to take a look. We wait and no one came, finally I decided to show the lady at the front desk pictures of the room and that no one had come to fix the heat. She basically just told me that she was sorry but there was nothing that she could do and to just talk to the manager in the morning. She did not seem one bit sorry at all and acted like it was okay for us guests to stay in the dirty room with no heat. We decided to just pack up and leave and go home that same night. If I could give a 0 I would.

Kind staff. Please fix this place up

Roaches ewww. Lots of roaches. Luckily as I left I saw the Orikin car pull up so hopefully they will fix it. But the place definitely needs a deep cleaning. Stains on the walls and just kinda overall dirty. Furniture was cheap and uncomfortable the soaps were also extra cheap even for a shady motel. I recommend upgrading. But I will say the staff is very kind.

I didn’t expect cockroaches we switched rooms and lord n behold there was no towel’s cockroaches n it was just nasty I want my money back I don’t even want to lay my head down on a pillow I hate bugs n it smells really bad hair in bathtub and sick GROSS!!!!

This property is very poorly maintained with roaches crawling around so bad we ended our trip early and did not finish we will not be using this place again and on top of that they allow people to live there which were fighting and arguing all hours of the night very unpleased

Property was easy to get into, plenty of parking, quiet, great staff, quiet, always had ice, great bed, nice tv service, needs a little remodeling but quite ok to stay.
