Wonderful stay at Pinecroft

The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again!

Fantastic Property
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayDespite the rain we had a fantastic time in this excellent property. Well equipped and maintained professionally. My wife has limited mobility and was able to move around the property using sticks and a walker with no issues. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower which she could easily use with a shower seat as she was able to walk right up with the walker. There is seating outside on the patio which is also accessible and a shallow slope from the drive to the property. The surrounding area is stunning and we didn’t need to travel too far to find places to visit. Keswick Pencil Museum, Theatre by the Lake, Derwent Water and the railway walk were very close and well worth a visit. The owner was easily contactable and flexible with our checking out time which was really helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Cottage in Keswick, Lake District
Publié le 18 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOn arrival we were greeted by the owner who gave us some helpful information about the cottage and surrounding area. We stayed here for 6 nights whilst on a hiking trip. The directions to the cottage were spot on and the cottage itself was clean with good facilities especially for walkers/cyclists as there was an outside area for bikes and muddy shoes, clothing. The cottage had a washer/dryer, wifi, sky, good basic equipment in the kitchen and the bedrooms were clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had a lovely shower and bath tub too. Keswick is just a 20 minute walk/5minute drive and the views surrounding the cottage were stunning. This was a great area central to everywhere we visited and there were good facilities in the town including supermarket, nice pubs/cafes and shops. We would definitely stay again.

Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayClean, quiet location in Keswick. Nicely furnished. Easy access to walking in the Lake District and a 20-25 minute walk from town center, which is a great option when the roads are choked with traffic.

Winter break in the Lakes!

Roger was quick and easy to communicate with and met us to explain everything for check in. Had a fantastic few days in the Lakes.....just breathtaking as always!!

Lovely accommodation

Perfect
Publié le 30 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayCouldn’t have been better. The property had everything you could need. We loved the well stocked board game cupboard and sky tv!
It was really clean & cozy. The garden space looked lovely - unfortunately we arrived in December so couldn’t enjoy it but I imagine in summer it would be perfect. Good views from the property. It’s about 15 minute walk into Keswick, but a few minutes drive.
We will definitely book again!
