Welcome to your home base for experiencing the Florida Keys. Salt & Sun at Sea Isles offers the comfort of a thoughtfully prepared condo combined with the relaxed charm of island living.

Start your day with a walk to the semi-private sandy beach, enjoy an afternoon by the heated pool, or explore the many attractions that make the Middle Keys such a beloved destination. Some guests fill their days with fishing, boating, snorkeling, and sightseeing, while others choose to do very little at all—and both are equally perfect here.

Our first-floor location makes coming and going easy, and the condo & comfortable layout provides plenty of space to relax after a day in the sun. With a king bedroom, a second bedroom featuring two double beds, two full bathrooms, and inviting living spaces, the condo is designed to help guests feel at home throughout their stay.

What keeps many visitors returning to Key Colony Beach is its welcoming atmosphere. It offers the beauty of the Florida Keys without the crowds, creating space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

We had the most wonderful time in Marathon! It was so wonderful to wake up every morning and be steps from the sound of the waves. At night, it was a short walk to Sunset Park to catch the picture perfect sunsets. Michael was very easy to communicate with and provided so much helpful information on the island. We are already planning dates for next years trip!

The condo is great, clean and well equipped. The complex is well maintained. The beach is small but nice. The kids loved the calm water, and the pool area. We would definitely stay here again.
