Located in Key Colony Beach, Mimosa Manor is a gorgeous newly renovated designer decorated Canal front villa with a modern coastal feel. It is located across the street from Key Colony Beach golf course. All the amenities you would want for an amazing vacation in the fabulous Florida Keys!

THE SPACE
There is a 1980 sq ft. of living space consisting of two living areas one upstairs and one downstairs with a sleeper sofa high-speed Wi-Fi available free of charge, there are six TVs, kitchen is newly renovated it is stocked with everything you need to cook; pots pans, dishes, silverware, baking sheets, pressure cooker, air fryer and more.
Upstairs is an open kitchen dining and living area with an enclosed patio overlooking the fabulous Canal. The master suite upstairs has a king bed that you are able to incline and in suite newly renovated bathroom, also upstairsthe second bedroom has a large extra closet and bathroom right outside the bedroom.
Downstairs has its own private living area with two TVs, queen size bed in one room and a king size bed in the other room, bathroom is separated into two rooms for privacy shower and bath.
Backyard is equipped with gas grill with BBQ accessories, dining table under Tiki Hut, newly installed 8-person Wellis hot tub with all the bells and whistles including Bluetooth radio.
There is a 37-ft dock with fish cleaning station. If you're bringing a boat it cannot be more than 37 feet without board and tilt a position ($200 a day imposed by city if not followed).
We provide all bed linens bath and beach towels in addition we provided for your arrival paper towels toilet paper basic cleaning supplies laundry detergent bathroom toiletries to last you a few days recommend bringing additional supplies or buying additional supplies at local supermarkets
The local golf course is directly across the street from Mimosa Manor.
Located on 12th St. is Sunset Park where lots of neighbors walk to watch the sunset and sing songs a truly memorable experience you don't want to miss.

There are two grocery stores Publix and Winn-Dixie (2-miles)

The property has a 7-night minimum required by city ordinance and is limited to 10 guests you are required to provide the names and ages of all guest, as well as, your license plate information this you will completed upon arrival and must be on site and available for inspection by Code Enforcement.
