Large Full Duplex with Pool / Hot tub Pet Friendly 581- 591 10th Street

Looking for a large home with plenty of room for everyone, well this is the place.
Come and enjoy the sun and fun in the Florida Keys in the large full duplex with stairs inside the home to get to each level with ease. Large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms. Full stocked two kitchens... Large pool with an above ground hot tub and large dock with water access outback to enjoy the sun and cook up some food on the grill and dine outside in the great pool deck area. Heated pool on demand as well. Large shad for the hot summer days for the kids in shallow end of the pool area. Dock that can handle a 45 foot boat with a filet table at the dock. Head out on the water with ease with easy access to the ocean and the bay at the opening of the canal. Home has 2 king beds, two queen beds and 5 twin beds and plenty of room for the kids, also has a washer machines on each level. Home comes fully stocked with towels and bed linens and pool towels. Everything you need to have at your finger tips when you are here. Large BBQ grill outside to cook up all your food while watching the kids in the pool. Home does not have Cabana Club membership. Plenty of room for a boat trailer on site and up to 6 cars in the driveway. Home has never been in the rental program so everything in this home is brand new!!! Come and enjoy the Florida Keys....we look forward to seeing you.
As of July 2024 home now allows pets, 1 dog up to 75 lbs, and two small dogs that are no more than 40lbs together. Pet fee will be added to the fees. A pet fee if $150 for each pet which is non refundable.

The host was very reponsive and the over under duplex were well furnished, very well equipped kitchens and very comfortable living areas.Upper and lower units are uniquely linked by a lockable inside spiral staircase between upper and lower units. Otherwise a separate exterior staircase provides easy access to the second floor unit. We used both lower and upper units, which also allows privacy if needed. Both units easily accommodated our family of 11. The extra large pool, shaded by palms.was enjoyed by all! Parents also loved the hot tub! Enough parking for 4-6 vehicles.Key Colony is home to Sunset Park, sport- fishing charters, many pickleball courts, 9 -hole Par-3 golf & beaches, Shopping and great restaurants are within a 10-15 min drive to Marathon.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This was a beautiful property! We were all very pleased with the layout and all the room we had. It is located in Key Colony Beach and it was the perfect little town to tour as well. We were able to go to the local farmer's market and played golf at the Par 3 course there.

A Paradise Getaway in Marathon, FL! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful VRBO property in Marathon, and I can confidently say it was one of the best vacation experiences I've ever had!From the moment we arrived, the property felt like a true oasis. The hot tub was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring, offering a relaxing retreat under the stars. The pool was pristine and spacious, providing a refreshing escape during the warm days. We loved lounging poolside with drinks in hand, soaking up the sun in such a serene environment.The home's interior was just as impressive. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. The large kitchen was perfect for preparing meals, and the open living space was great for family gatherings.Location-wise, it couldn't be better! We were just a short drive from stunning beaches and delicious local restaurants. The host was welcoming and the house was perfect for a family Thanksgiving gathering. Plenty of space for 6 adults and 3 kids/teenagers. The two kitchens had everything needed, and the backyard with pool, and hot tub, was a perfect place to spend the week. It was actually hard to get my family to leave the house!

Property was great, we go to the keys at least once a year and this was the best house we've stayed at so far. The only thing that could use some improvement is the docking situation. Could use new docking/fender boards. My boat is 27ft and it wasn't bad.

Our family and extended family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We loved having enough bedrooms for everyone and have such great kitchens to cook in…especially on the first floor near the pool/backyard and all the activities. The house was very, very clean and we loved the nice surprise of baskets of pool towels ready to go when we arrived. We would recommend this house to all and will be booking again for our annual stay next summer.

Beautiful spot for afamily vacation!

We had a large family group meet up - what a fantastic spot for a week long getaway. Home was spotless, with small homey details that made the stay that much more enjoyable. The pool area was wonderful with a shallow area perfect for little ones to play in, with an umbrella for shade. Kitchen was well stocked. Dock had easy access to the Gulf and ocean. We'll be back next year!

Beautiful home at a Prime location

Wonderful property! Megan was extremely responsive!!! Home had everything we needed! Amazing stock of amenities(dish soap, laundry pods etc) Kitchen was well stocked with utensils.Two baskets of pool towels right inside the sliding glass doors was a wonderful touch!! Fish cleaning station was a plus! An outdoor bait freezer would be a wonderful addition to this lovely home!

Perfect setup for a large family vacation. Pool was warm, hottub was a nice feature. Sea wall worked Perfect for a boat to tie off to. Definitely would recommend to others and woul have no problem to stay again if available.

Best vacation ever!

We booked this home for our large family. We came in from Massachusetts, Paris, London, and a few hours north in Florida. Some of us hadn't seen each other in over 10 years! This was the PERFECT space for us! The photos didn't do it justice. The home and property we're beautiful! The neighborhood was quiet. The back yard was beautifully landscaped for privacy. The pool and the dock we're amazing.10 out of 10 would recommend and stay here again. Thank you to the host for thinking of everything we needed.

Absolutely Beautiful

This place looks recently renovated. Very fresh and clean. It has a hot tub also that I don’t remember seeing in the description (bonus)!! Very short walk to a small beach. Located dead center of the keys which makes it an excellent place for divers. Short drive up or down the keys so all dive locations are easy to drive to in the morning. All in all a perfect location for someone that wants to visit all the keys during their trip. Pricing is very reasonable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.
