Perfect home for a Family Gathering, or Extended Family Get Together. Snowbirds welcomed at request dates
Renting as a four bedroom, sleeps up to 7 all on one floor NO stairs duplex. DOCK faces EAST
Included is the CABANA CLUB membership with access for 7 GUEST ONLY including children (all 7 guest names must be given to us in order to check you into the Cabana Club before your arrival) The Cabana Club has a full size pool, sandy beach and an authentic Tiki bar. Beverages and food are available at your request.

Within a few blocks (2-3 blocks) SUNSET PARK is the place to wind down your day. The sunset views are amazing and throughout the year free concerts are held at Sunset Park, just before sunset. Bring your lounge chairs, coolers and snacks-relax, listen to the music and watch the sunset.

Duplex has a TIKI HUT just finished May 2017.
A great feature is the SCREENED PORCH and table to dine in and relax on the patio large sofa area with views to the canal. New Commercial ICE MAKER and bait freezer. Outdoor furniture, linens including sheets, towels, beach towels, pillows, and totally redecorated in relaxing, refreshing, and updated style. You will be in a wonderful, sophisticated vacation atmosphere from the moment you arrive at our lovely home.
One Kayak for 3 (2adults and a small one for a child) also available for use and two adult bicycles

New Commercial ICE MAKER installed August 2023 and a bait freezer. 5 min. boat ride through the 100' wide canal leads to Vaca Cut and the Atlantic Ocean and quick access to the Gulf of Mexico

Dock faces EAST for cool afternoon breezes-- outdoor furniture for a comfortable and relaxing way to enjoy the gorgeous ocean breezes for your trip to the Florida keys

Open kitchen with breakfast bar which comfortably seats 4, and large table with seating for 8 guests. The kitchen/dining/and living room oversee the dock, sun deck, out door eating and relaxing area, and the water (canal). Kitchen updated with fresh white cabinets.

Travertine flooring throughout the home-- living room furniture - leather with sofa, 2 chairs, & recliner, chaise lounges and outdoor furniture, Central Air conditioning, sheets, towels, and bedding.

Another year at Rita's! As always, had a fantastic time. House is perfect...always clean, fully stocked, very comfortable and beautifully decorated! We love spending time on the porch or under the Tiki hut looking at the water or fishing. Icemaker and freezer come in so handy. Truly has everything we need. Thanks again Rita for giving our family another year of beautiful "Keys" memories and look forward to coming back next year!

Relaxing Keys Vacation

We enjoyed our time at this property. Well maintained and fully equipped home.The outside living space was my favorite. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The bait freezer amd ice machine were a great addition for our fishing trips. Owner of this property was so helpful and went well above to make our stay special. We look forward to returning soon.

Amazing Stay

The property was clean and even better than described. My kids loved fishing off the dock and walking a short distance to the beach. Cabana Club access was easy and a nice break from the ocean. The location was great and found lots to do near by. Check in/out process was easy.

Excellent location/Wonderfully comfortable

3 couples and 2 adult grandsons stayed comfortably for a week. We lived out on the screened in porch and back deck swing area. Grandson fished and kayaked, others relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Only thing missing was a boat for us. Home is very nicely furnished, decorated and stocked. Thought of everything.

Another great year at Rita's house! House is beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything we needed, great grill and the garage freezer and icemaker are fantastic. Rita's Paradise

This unit had everything you are looking for during a boating trip in the keys. The owner has done a wonderful job with decorating the unit to provide that feel that reminds you that you are on vacation. This property is on a wide canal and has morning sun with afternoon shade. The parking situation offers a concrete pad but also shells so that you can get a 30 ft trailer and two to three cars in the driveway with no problem. The converted fourth bedroom offers a door to a small garage space with really nice appliances including a washer and dryer, a bait freezer, and an ice maker that made it so that we never needed to get ice for the boat trips that we went on every day. Beds were comfortable, kichen was stocked, AC kept it cool and the screened in porch has a super comfy couch. Rita's is paradise !!

Wonderful location and beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay for the week. The house was gorgeous and well maintained. The location was fantastic. It had a well equipped kitchen which I truly appreciated. We loved the outdoor space and spent great time outside on the screened porch playing cards and listening to music. It also had great outdoor space for sunning which was perfect for us sun lovers. The owner was quick to answer and questions and very friendly. We will definitely be back. We made lots of memories here this week.

Wonderful Stay at Rita's Paradise

Had a wonderful stay at Rita’s Paradise. The house was immaculate and all furnishings and rooms were top shelf in terms of condition and comfort. Our family felt right at home with fresh linens, towels, and ample basic supplies. The kitchen was very well equipped (I like to cook) and included many items that you typically don’t see at rentals. Brand New Weber grill and Tiki Hut were great. I brought my boat and was pleased with the well maintained, step-down dock, fish cleaning station and water/hose right at the dockside. A big plus was the icemaker and bait freezer. Rita’s Paradise even supplied 2 nice bikes, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Beds were super comfortable and having 3 full baths was another plus. All bathrooms were nicely finished with updated fixtures and full tile bath/showers. AC was quiet and covered all the rooms at an even temp, lots of great lighting inside and out plus outlets galore and 2 desks for working remote or checking email – one in the den and one in the master bedroom. Wi-fi had no issued at all with 2-3 of us online working remote at the same time. Would certainly recommend this place to friends and family and hope to stay again in the future. Paul S.

Smooth check-in, clean, up to date home. Conveniently located in Marathon. This home provided quite a bit of space to spread out comfortably We Loved the screened in porch. We towed our boat and docked it right out back of the house. We definitely will rebook Rita’s Paradise again if it’s available!

Stay at GetAway House in Key Colony

The house is perfect for a family or a small group of friends (6 or so). The house is roomy and the outdoor area is very nice. There is a couple of nice bikes to ride and the grill was very nice. We played lots of pickleball and make lots of new friends while doing so. We took a day trip to Key West and also do the snokeling at Bahia Honda which is quite a bit cheaper than the commercial tours. All in all it was a great trip and the house was wonderful.
