Keystone Townhome Between River Run & Mountain House & Close to Shops/Dining

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome sleeps 7 with a king bed, bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful slope views. Vaulted ceilings and large windows allow lots of natural light in the living area and primary bedroom. Other features include a private laundry and private garage. You're a very short walk from nearby shops and restaurants. Plus, you're also a short walk from the gondola at River Run and the Mountain House lifts. Snake River Village offers shared amenities, including two hot tubs.

From the entryway, head upstairs to the living area. It features vaulted ceilings and large windows with beautiful slope views. There's a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV and DVD player. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers additional sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets and blankets are in the closet. The private balcony is just off the living area.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. The dining area comfortably seats six and there are three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The two-way gas fireplace can be enjoyed while dining as well. The first of two bathrooms is just down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There’s a private washer and dryer next to the kitchen and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom is near the stairs and features a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings and large windows. There's also a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/jetted tub combination and toilet area for added privacy. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

It was a great stay! Location was perfect and the house was very cozy. The hot tub was my favorite amenity after a long day of snowboarding. We had issues with the main tv which was locked out with parental controls so that was unfortunate as we wanted to unwind in the evening. Besides that I had a great stay.

Nice two-bedroom condo near River Run village. Can take the bus but it was about a 10-minute walk for us to get to the gondola. Condo was nicely furnished and supplied. Would recommend!

Worth it

This stay was beautiful. Make sure to take altitude precautions of course. The amenities were nice, staff was understanding and patient with me as I over worry, and the location is perfect. The vaulted ceilings, the windows, and the rooms were wonderful. And it even had a little German charm, which we appreciate. The art of the map and the mountains are nice as well. The bed, while cool, was comfortable. The fireplace, while gas, is easy to turn on and doesn't require firewood. Everything is comfortably placed and it has a good amount of blankets. Also the kitchen is perfect. We will stay again in the future sometime as its well worth it. Thank you!

Highlights: 1. The property was extremely clean 2. The building my is beautiful 3. Own private garage downstairs, plenty of room, heated ( you do have to walk up stairs— no elevator) 4. Had a small issue with garage door, management very easy to contact and fixed it quickly 9. Nice kitchen table for board games Cons- 1. Not the closest to ski slopes (one of the further spots but definitely walkable and closer than some of the parking lots), easy to walk back for lunch 2. Bed is uncomfortable, think ski crash pad. Nice place.

We had a short but very nice stay. We had a couple misses in the check in process, but that was probably on me. (not reading the instructions carefully enough) The condo was very comfortable and spacious. I was disappointed with how far it is to the lifts, we ended up just driving to the parking lot. Overall, it is a very nice place and we would be happy to stay there again!

Perfect location for a staycation and more

The location is perfect with easy access to the nearby resort areas. We had planned for a staycation in the area and the house was a perfect home away from home for us. The guidebook provided with all the necessary details for a hassle free check in. The house was as described and as in the photos the location and view from the patio is calm and perfect for a relaxing stay. For folks who want to visit the nearby ski areas the location is also quite close and accessible to Keystone slopes and Beckenridge as well. Would definitely choose Summit County Resorts again as they have done an awesome job at maintaining the property and also making the stay and whole rental process also easy.
