Luxury Townhome w/ Gorgeous Slope Views and Close to Gondola, Shops & Dining!

This newly updated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom luxury townhome sleeps 8 with two king beds and two twin bunk beds. It features gorgeous slope views. Vaulted ceilings lend a spacious feel and there is a second living area that is ideal for movie and game nights. Primary suite with a king bed upstairs. High-end finishes throughout, private laundry and a private garage. Located in River Run Village so you're a short walk from shops, restaurants and the gondola.

The entryway offers mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Head upstairs to the main living area that features a mounted flat screen TV and a gas fireplace with stone surround. The vaulted ceilings create a spacious feel and the picture frame windows offer gorgeous ski slope views. Head outside to the private deck for some fresh mountain air and warm up next to the fire pit.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also a wine cooler available for guest use. Enjoy meals at the beautiful dining table that seats 8 and there are 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. Guests also have access to a private washer and dryer near the half bath. For your convenience, laundry detergent is provided.

The primary suite is also on this upper level and features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a flat screen TV. It has its own private deck with courtyard views. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a walk-in shower with tile surround and a glass enclosure. There is also a primary closet.

On the lower level there are two more bedrooms and a second living area. The second living area offers comfortable seating around a mounted flat screen TV. Ideal for movie and game nights for family and friends. There is a guest bathroom on this level with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. The first guest bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and its own private patio. It also has its own entrance to the downstairs guest bathroom. The second guest bedroom has two twin-sized bunk beds on our Ivory White Bedding program and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. The private garage can be accessed from downstairs and offers room for two vehicles, plus room for two additional vehicles in the driveway.

Girls Weekend!

This was our second time staying at this property, we love it. It's very spacious and accommodating. I would recommend replacing the couch. The size is great but the the cushions are not very comfortable. Overall, we will book to stay again.

Great new town home for family gathering

We took a late winter ski trip to Keystone with some of our children and spouses. We loved the townhome. It is perfectly set up for two families with children with the two parents bedrooms and a children’s bunk room. The living areas are very spacious and will accommodate a larger group. Walking to the loft avoids waiting for the bus. There were some small areas of improvement that we fed back to the service company but nothing major. We will rent again.

Excellent property

Beautiful townhome with very comfortable beds and the fluffiest towels! Literally a 7 min walk to the lift or the Green line stop is out your back door. Huge common room and bathrooms for each room plus a powder room made it so comfortable for everyone. Gas fire pit on the balcony was so nice. The 2 car garage was a great perk too. Very easy check in and out. Loved our stay and hope to book it again soon.

Beautiful townhome

My family and I camme for our annual ski trip and loved this property. The 2 garage was heated, which is excellent for ski equipment. The bedrooms were a good size and we all had plenty of room. The upstairs has a huge kitchen with plenty of countertop space and the family room was perfect for evening movie nights. We will definitely stay here again.

Weekend in Keystone

Spacious place, very clean, great kitchen amenities, water heats up fast, 4 available parking spots, grill useable, gear racks available in the garage, walking distance to Keystone, and super fast communication from management. Definitely recommend.

Kitchen tools very old/worn

Overall okay. Downstairs took 8 hours to heat from 63 to 68, which was a problem for the kids trying to sleep. Kitchen tools were unacceptable. The one set of potholders had dried food covering them and holes. They had 1 mixing bowl and 12 frying pans, which seemed weird. Cooking knives were dull/dangerous. Just know if you like to cook, like I do, it’s super challenging. The owners could put in $1000 to correct this so hopefully they do! Also, they definitely nickel and dime everything you do. Want to check in a few hours early? That’ll cost you. Want late check out, that’ll cost you. Lose your 10 cent room key? Pay up. This felt cheap/tacky. The one good thing about this was location. Other than that, we won’t be back.

Perfect for us

This was the perfect home for me & my family. First, we absolutely loved the location which is very easy walking distance to the lifts/gondola and everything within River Run Village. We also had beautiful, unobstructed views of the mountains and ski trails. It had everything we needed and more for our family of 5 for our 4-night stay.

Great Location and Views!

This townhome is spacious, has wonderful views from the living room windows (we saw a moose in the pond across the street!) and is in a great location. The townhome complex is just far enough away to give you some peace and quiet when you need it but is also just a 5 minute walk from everything within the River Run Village when you want to go shopping or out to eat at a restaurant.

 The entire upstairs- main bdr, kitchen and living room. Really nice and well decorated. Each bedroom has its own full bath. 2 car garage is very nice. Good- location was not too far from lifts but further than I want to normally walk in Ski boots. Needs Improvement- hot tubs and pool are shared with Arapahoe Lodge. It is a bit of a walk and you have to cross a busy street. Not something that you want to do in the winter in a swim suit. Once you get there the facilities are very nice.

Mountain Vacation

Stayed here with two other couples for a mountain vacation. This property was very clean , spacious , and comfortable. The view from the home was the cherry on top! 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay again.

River Run #39 - Daughter's wedding weekend

Overall the property is very nice and would be great for skiing given the shuttle stop is right behind the townhouse. Garbage disposal was broken as a previous tenant appeared to drop a bobby pin in the disposal. We called and maintenance was there right away fixing it. Only issue was the downstairs king sized bed - needs to be replaced as it sinks in the middle making it hard to have a good night's sleep. Upstairs master bed was very comfortable and the bunks look like they were in good shape.
