Our stay was wonderful!

This was our first rental and the whole experience from beginning to end was better then expected. Confirmation was quick and communication was great. The condo was clean and supplied with everything we could have possibly needed. The pool and hot tub was awesome. We will definitely be coming back.

Property was clean and close to the lifts, pool and hot tubs were great except there weren’t any towels so you needed to bring your own down. We had a great stay, would definitely come back.

Keystone The Springs

Fantastic snow, great condo location, had everything we need, the springs is our favorite building. The construction doesn’t bother us bc we ski all day. Love the hot tubs and the ski school. Only recommendation: put that the condo has a crock pot in the listing so folks know before grocery shopping. We love led that it had a crockpot and would have used it even more if we had known!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Very Misleading! We arrived on Friday the 8th only to discover there was no AC in the unit. We were informed by the property manager to open the windows. This would have been somewhat beneficial had there been screens on or bedroom window as well as the door to the deck. We thought we would look at the scenic view from our balcony (as pictured in the booking) only to find there was a large crane and a massive construction project going on. We went down to the beautiful pool area (As described in the booking) only to find it had been closed September 5th and would not reopen until September 15th. We contacted the management again and we’re told it was not there problem since we booked through VRBO. After trying to get the fan in the main area to work, with no success and removing dirty clothes from under one of the beds, we contacted a night manager who told us they would send someone the next morning with screens for the windows, clean towels and would do another cleaning if the room. NONE OF THAT WAS EVER DONE! When we finally got to speak with someone at VRBO I spent 45 min only to be disconnected and not called back. I called and spent 30 min more telling my issues and was told someone would call me later. As we checked out someone from VRBO told us we should call the owners and see what they say. We told them that was their job and they contacted the owners who refused to refund anything. They said it was in the contract for no AC! Never staying at Summit Property again

There is no A/C and we do not advertise the unit to have A/C, which is why it is not listed as an amenity. The guest did reach out to us about a dirty sock left in the unit and some window screens missing, they reached out to us outside of ur business hours to request the sock to be removed and the screens to be replaced, there was no request of additional towels or any mention as to why they needed more towels. A manager personally followed up with the guest via phone call the next morning to follow up on their complaints and to ask more questions as to what we can do to make their stay more enjoyable and to understand exactly what they needed. They did not answer our call and did not call us back. Our staff also notified the guest two times prior to arrival of the pool closure. Since we are not VRBO, I have no record of the calls the guest made with VRBO and have no control over the VRBO customer support line either.

Great Family Spot

We had a great time. The kids love the pool and the condo was perfect for 2 families with 2 kids each. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything was great. The only downfall is the construction that is happening right outside the window. Construction starts early in the morning and it’s not something you cannot sleep through. The new building is going to be right in the way of the mountains and the view. Sad!! Otherwise, we had a great time and the summit county mountain property managers are the best!!

Great place very spacious and conveniently located but the construction between the mountain and the condo was a bit annoying (started 6am). Also the heat was always on and thermostat didn’t work. other than that it was a 5 star experience.

Construction

This unit is OK, not great. There is a major construction project happening directly outside the windows/deck that is between the unit and the slopes. This means noise from heavy equipment, an ugly view, and a much longer walk all the way around the job site to get to the slopes. The unit is in need of some maintenance - one broken recliner, a window that wouldn't close all the way, and a thermostat that would not contro the heat so the unit was too hot and we needed to open the window or deck door to cool off, letting in more construction noise. We liked the square footage and the third full bathroom. We would choose a different location if we return to Keystone.
