Central location for Kehie Town. Bed was hard, bathroom small. TV hard to work. Bedroom warm not air conditioned (room). Overall good.

My experience started out pretty bad. We showed up and there was someone parked in our designated parking spot. We walk up to our room and the front door is open. Some lady is sitting in the living room. Turns out she had an open house to sell the place. It went downhill from there. Internet access? No. Key to the pool area? No.

Wow, the views from the balcony! Every day I saw whales while sipping my tea :) the condo has everything you need. A small cooler, a beach umbrella and chairs, tennis rackets, beach towels, and the friendliest ground and office staff ever! Mahalo Maui!

I’m giving an extra star for the great location. And the bed was comfortable. Other than that, I’ve stayed at motels that were better maintained than the unit we stayed at. There is no AC in the bedroom and it gets hot. The bathroom is so tiny you have to towel off still in the shower stall, there is no room to turn around outside it. Only one shower door opens, the other appears to be glued in place with some sort of thick, rust colored, creepy looking substance. Toilet paper holder is pulling away from the wall. The living room floor has water damage. Living room drapes do not close because a part of hardware broke off and is hanging off the rod. Wish I could include photos of all the above. We love Kihei and will keep coming back when we can but we will not stay here again. Too bad, the location is perfect.

Property was good but not wheelchair accessible. It was very hard for a person on a wheelchair because it’s lacking a lot of things especially in the washroom, like bath seats and hand rails inside the toilet area.

We stayed here from 10/21/23 to 10/28/23. The property was close to the beach, restaurants, stores, had two pools that were easily accessible from 9am to 9pm, front office staff were friendly and helpful during our in person contact. The parking was also convenient. It was great to have an elevator access, keyless entry to the property and easy access to the trash chute on each floor. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and lushes greens from our balcony. However, the furniture (sofa) appears to be weak and the bed felt unstable. We were afraid of moving too much because we might fall off the bed. On the first day, we discovered the TV's volume didn't work. We notified the front office and they send maintenance to assess it. He determined the TV needs to be replaced. He returned the next day with a new TV in the box; unfortunately, the TV didn't fit on the current TV stand because it was too big. He said he told the front office that it was too big but they told him to bring it to the condo anyways to see if there is a way to set it up for use during our stay. He was not able to set up the TV and said he will let the front office know that he was not able to install the new TV; to see what they (front office staff) want him to do; either to get a new TV stand or mount it on the wall. That was Wednesday. We never heard from maintenance again and we never had the opportunity to use the TV during our entire stay. Pots needs updating too.
