It comes with an outdoor swimming pool , a terrace, and a penthouse with it's own balcony over looking the mountains and city of Kingston and St Andrew. It located 3.9 miles from National Heroes Park, 5 minutes drive to Devon house and Bob Marley museum. Within driving distance of New Kingston. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Supermarkets with ATM, pubs, banks, and shopping centres only 5 minutes walk. Sovereign shopping centre only 5 minutes drive.
The air-conditioned apartment consists of 3 separate bedrooms COMPRISING OF 3 BEDS, 3 bathrooms plus a separate POWDER ROOM. It comes with free toiletries for your initial stay and a seating areas. Flat-screen TVs are provided with internet and cable. I promise you won’t be disappointed with The Penthouse at Comfort Living.
Price quoted is for 6 people max including children. $70 per person per night for any additional guests more than 6. This property can also be rented as a 2 bedroom property.

An Oasis in the middle of Kingston
Not usually a fan of staying too close to or in the city of Kingston. However, this property has me changing my mind! Great location, great views and great accommodations all near several great eateries, tourist attractions and shopping. It is also near the University Hospital of the West Indies and several well-known academic centers. I'll be looking to stay here again until I can buy in the same neighborhood. Property manager helped us along the way and unit is well supplied and very clean.
