Close to U waterloo
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayLovely unit very close to university in a secure building. Had a bit of trouble opening and closing lock box. Host Maria was very quick to respond to my questions. It was a bonus to have a designated parking spot right st the building. Definitely recommend this one!

Publié le 13 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe unit was nice and had what you would expect for a well stocked VRBO. Only issue was the temperature control in the unit. AC was turned off because it was October? The unit was unbearably hot during the 30 degree days. There was fan in the unit that had to be assembled. Fan helped. Once the outside temperature dropped it was hard to maintain a comfortable inside temperature.

Cozy and close to university

Place is Nice/Customer Service is subpar
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayI reached out to Maria to find out how to access the unit, and she initially sent the wrong information but then sent the info in screenshots. When I got there, I noticed that there was only one roll of toilet paper, but the details say you receive two so I reached out. She said she'd contact the cleaning lady and never followed up. I also had to ask where to take trash, because this information wasn't provided.
The place is nice, but make sure you find out everything upfront because Maria isn't all that helpful.

It was close to the university and gym. Easy access to most things.
The condo was reasonably clean but the sofa was broken, cooking pots were dirty and no towel rack in the bathroom!

Publié le 10 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayBeautiful, I enjoyed the stay with my daughters as it is close to the University of Waterloo. The apartment is lovely, yet the futon is very poor to sit or sleep on. I simply would suggest a new futon. I would also suggest having a pair of scissors and a can opener in the kitchen. The heat was set to the mid 80's so we had the door open a lot as we felt like we were cooking and could not adjust the thermostat. These simple upgrades would have made the stay for the 3 of us much more comfortable. All in all, a nice location and simply designed with taste.
