The welcome staff & college age valets were so friendly and helpful! We LOVED all of the Tennessee touches in the decor. We’ve stayed at multiple Graduate Hotels & this decor is one of the best. The location is perfect for students and families visiting campus. The downside - the walls are very thin. Our neighbors were not being overly loud, but we could hear many conversations and noises. There was also a barking dog during the night. (Although I do like that it’s a dog friendly hotel in general). I wish Graduate hotels had a real coffee pot or pod coffee in the room vs instant powder. The instant powder teapot fits the vibe of the decor, but the powder coffee is not nearly as good as a pod or what can be bought at the coffee counter in the lobby.

decor was unique, location was ideal. some things could use refreshing and my room was not spotless clean (when i moved things on bathroom vanity, i could tell it wasn’t recentlyl washed). it wasn’t horrible, but for the price they ask, i would think it would be nicer

I was only in town for one night, but I will absolutely be booking again for my next business trip. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful. The room was comfy and clean, the hotel itself is close to lots of food and bars.

Room ready at check in. Large bathroom - tub/ shower combo you don’t see very often. Beds extremely comfortable. Great location if visiting university of Tennessee. Highly recommend

Graduate Knoxville feels like "home sweet home to me". Everything is perfect from the staff to the fun, quirky decor. We love staying at this hotel!
