Publié le 1 oct. 2018 sur HotelsUn Ibis Budget avec une chambre plus grande que la moyenne de la chaîne et une belle salle de bain. La chambre était confortable et nous y avons fait une super nuit. Un peu d'humidité au sol. Accueil très sympathique et parking gratuit.

We paid for our stay on line and on arrival at the hotel it was closed, all padlocked up.
We had to find alternative arrangements that was not ideal at 12.30am in the morning.Not happy at all!

The hotel closed down at the beginning of Covid. We turned up and it was shut with a chain across the door and all the overgrowth was around the hotel

Hotel Shut but bookable !!!!
Publié le 16 mai 2021 sur HotelsI booked this hotel so that I could journey part of the way to Liverpool for an important meeting the following day and on my arrival the hotel front doors were chained up and was shut. How could you allow me to book this knowing that the hotel wasn't open!!!!!!
Late at night I had to find other accommodation.Was not happy and I'm trying to get my refund.

Expedia booked me into a closed hotel, without informing me. I am horrified by their lack of care.

Really Hard Mattress
Publié le 7 févr. 2020 sur HotelsThe mattress was so hard it felt like we were sleeping on the floor. It took me 2hrs to get to sleep and then my partner woke up at 4am with back and hip pain. I too woke in pain. We're only in our early 40's. The last Ibis we stayed in the mattress was fine. I was really disappointed and feel the owner should be made to sleep there. Room 23 Knutsford.

Out of way gem
Publié le 9 janv. 2020 sur HotelsJust needed a cheap night stop over before along drive home,hotel was very clean and rooms good for money.would recommend have stayed and paid more in Manchester area before and had a lot worse.all in all great for money
