je voulais informer que cette hôtel reste correct pour le prix il se situe dans la moyenne gamme sur la plage de saracen bay bien sur il y a moins cher mais moins de confort le seul bémol si cela en est un l eau froide de la douche sinon 35° de l’eau transparente une jungle malheureusement détériore a cause de l invasion possible des chinois du a la corruption du gouvernement mais bon on n est pas la pour ça !
On profite et a chacun sa croix .
Super endroit que du bonheur pourvu que cela dure encore plusieurs années .merci pour ce magnifique pays

Publié le 12 févr. 2020 sur HotelsDéçus par la chambre et son emplacement. Petite, lits très durs. Par contre superbe vue etant donné l'emplacement sur l'eau, dans la jetée. Plage superbe avec transats...côté calme de la plage.

bungalow 3 personnes vue plage conforme à nos attentes( si ce n'est la pente de la douche à l'inverse donc salle de bains inondée à chaque douche): spacieux , literie confortable, rien de particulier, petite terrasse avec bains de soleil.

Room on the pier with nice view and poor service
Publié le 10 mai 2023 sur HotelsI stayed in the room on the pier with a nice view, but I would not suggest non-Cambodian people to stay at this hotel. Only one person speaks a little bit of English, the service is very poor and nobody is around if you need help, no help with carrying the luggage, room cleaning only if you insist. There is only cold water (no hot shower), the fridge did not work, in the room I had lots of insects (ants, cockroaches, mosquitos). There are big groups of Cambodian people staying here and making lots of noise, they bring their own food and BBQ. In the evening, I had to walk 20 minutes on the dark beach with barking dogs to the other resorts to get some food, only breakfast is included in the room price (you can choose between eggs, fried noodles or pancake/fruits). Please note that there are big construction works going on on this part of the island, almost all nearby resorts have been closed down or had to move, now big roads and resorts are being built and there is lots of noise due to construction works. I chose this resort because it was on the pier and easy to reach with Island Speed Ferry Cambodia, and this is the only good thing about it. However, for this price you can get a nice bungalow at nicer resorts with English speaking staff, who will be glad to pick you up.at the pier and bring you to their resorts by boat or tractor.

Right at pier. Saracen bay excellent location. Service tremendous - Thank you Ngi! Cambodian guests karaoke was charming. Trash washed up on beach is opportunity for all properties to better clean

beautiful beach with crystal clear water!
Publié le 2 févr. 2022 sur HotelsOnce the air conditioning got started it was perfect. The staff there are very helpful and friendly the breakfast buffet was better than I thought I was really impressed with it since it was free.
My only complaints are there’s no hot water, and the water pressure is very weak.
Wi-Fi was working quite well I was able to work from the hotel room for a few hours. It is a very short walk to the beach and it’s breathtaking.
I for sure would love to stay here again.

Great location in the pear

We had hot water in shower every day and we felt very safe there, no open-roof shower etc. which somebody else told they had (maybe in bungalow). Staff was very friendly and helpfull, although not everybody of them speak english.
