Publié le 3 févr. 2020 sur HotelsVous arrivez sur une plage sublime, l'accueil est impeccable et souriant. Les chambres ou plutôt les "tubes" sont très originales, spacieuses et confortables. Ici reigne le calme et la tranquillité. Coté restauration belle carte mais je vous conseille de rester sur une cuisine asiatique qui est excellente avec un coup de coeur pour la soupe khmer ( le reste n'étant pas top top... ) Le petit petit-déjeuner est varié et suffisant. Coté activité, la plage est superbe ( il faut se lever un matin vers 6h30 et admirer le lever de soleil ), transates et serviettes à dispo. Prêt de kayak gratuit. Navettes plusieurs fois par jour pour rejoindre l'autre coté de l'ile qui est aussi un magnifique coin. Seul bémol, l'activité snorkeling qui est inutile, on vous emmene pour 20 dollars à 100metres de l'hôtel, pas vraiment de poissons ormis des oursins. ( idéal pour admirer la pollution de dechets plastique et coraux morts... ) Pour le transfert A/R en bateau depuis sihanoukville, envoyez leur un mail ils s'occuperont des reservations pour vous et vous leur payerez directement...

personnel très prévenant et toujours à l'écoute.
Avons utilisé leurs services pour louer des scooters et un taxi minivan pour le retour sur Phnom Penh.
tout était parfait, les scooters amenés à l'hotel et le minivan comme nous l'avions demandé i.e confortable et en bon état.
seul bemol : le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus copieux (système de menu en quantité "light")
je recommande néanmoins sans hésiter

Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire ! Néanmoins il y a deux points qui m'échappent. Vous dîtes avoir loué des scooter mais il n'y a pas de routes sur Koh Rong Sanloem et nous offrons un petit déjeuner en buffet à volonté, donc aussi copieux que vous le souhaitez! Je suis tout de même ravi de lire que vous avez passé un bon séjour en notre compagnie et que votre retour à Phnom Penh s'est déroulé sans encombres.

So disappointing...

First, our transfers were done on an old traditional boat and not a new one as see on pics. The pier is dangerous! Built in wood, there were holes and broken sections so it feels really unsafe. The beach just in front of the hotel is nice but all around there are garbages, other hotels under construction. The only positives points during our 4 days stay: friendly staff and good restaurant.

Dear Sir, Madam,
I'm so sorry that your stay in Tube Resort wasn't has memorable has we made you expect. As you probably notice our prices in August were much lower than the competition. This was to make up for the fact that our speedboat was under repair (it should have lasted a week but because of the rain it lasted over a month!) and that as there is a new pier being built, the older one is not being properly maintained by its owner. Please accept my apologies for this situation. At least I'm glad to read that our staff and our menu took good care of you!

Publié le 21 mars 2019 sur HotelsHôtel perdu sur Koh Rong Sanloem, accessible uniquement par des petits bateaux. Du coup, peu de touristes, et une plage privée rien qu’à nous !!
Super séjour là bas, très bonne cuisine, personnel au petit soin, chambre magnifique !!
Rien à redire, juste pourvu que le lieu reste un peu à l’écart du développement touristique que connaît Sihanoukville !!

Room is unique. Staff are friendly. Wish it was more cleaner around the area. The pool need cleaning and not burn eye.

Underbart boende för dig som önskar lugn och ro en bit bort från turiststråket. Bra mat, service och fina rum. Man kan ta sig till andra sidan ön där det finns flera restauranger och affärer genom att vandra över berget och genom djungel (ca. 1 timma) Se bara till att gå innan det blir mörkt och ha koll på kartan. Finns många små vägar utan skyltar och när det blir mörkt ser man ingenting. Vi hade turen att få skjutsa tillbaka med båt. Fråga på restaurangen mr. Nice om du vill göra samma resa. Båtturen på kvällen tillbaka var magisk. 20 dollar betalade vi.

The Tube Resort is a quiet resort on the peninsula of Koh Rong Sanloem a 25 min boat ride or 1.5 hour walk from Saracen Bay where the majority of the other resorts are located. If you're after a quiet getaway where you can relax and unwind in a pleasant resort with a great pool and nice restaurant then I'd recommend The Tube Resort. Staff are friendly and accommodating. There is also a bar and restaurant up the hill called the Sky Bar which has good views and is worth a visit. The area is still under development around the resort and litter is a big problem either side of the resort which is a shame given the beautiful location. If you're after 3-4 days of complete relaxation and 'down time' then The Tube Resort is a good option. Stayed over New Years 2023/24 and had a great time. Thanks to all the beautiful staff who work so hard to give their guests a wonderful experience.
