I like this hotel for the lower price in Hongkong, Hongkong is very expensive for staying in hotels, spending US$60 for a small room with no star, but I’m still happy. If you spend $60 you can get a 4 star hotel in Vietnam because It is a different country

What a great experience!

Great owner! It was T10 hurricane here, and I was due to check out at 12pm. I asked for an extra hour so that I can plan routes and he advised me to stay on until T10 is over, at no extra charge! Highly recommended just for the kindness! But more importantly - I was solo but took a couple room. It was quiet, spacious, very clean and has got everything you would need! Literally in front of the MRT entrance too, good food all around (some open during T10!), superb value!

The location is ideal. Exit B1 red line Jordan Station has an elevator and once you exit make a right and on the left you will see a gold sign on the building that says New Lucky House. Take either two elevators on your left and not the one on your right, to the 11th fl and check in at the door that says Ocean Inn. The side that I was on had four apartments or rooms that shared a communal hallway and amenities. Also, two Airport Bus lines are less than a 5 mins. walk. Across the street on Jordan Rd. near the Kowloon Union Church is Airport Bus A22 which will take about 50 plus mins. and across the street on Nathan Rd. near Ning Po St. is Airport Bus A21 which will take over an hour, but comes more frequently. Or you can take the red train line to Central and walk over to Hong Kong Station to take the Airport Express Train. The Airport Express cost more and only takes 25 mins. Once you get on the train but you also have to add in the time it will take to get to Hong Kong Station so it may end up taking just as long as taking either Airport Buses. Ocean Inn rooms are safe, clean and they offer a communal washing machine with detergent and a place to hang your washed clothes, but no dryer. A refrigerator with freezer, microwave, water dispenser with hot and cold water dispensed and sink . They have thought of everything . Scissors and bottle opener on the refrigerator, tea cups and tea bags, extra toilet paper and garbage bags in the shared communal hallway . Didn't have a prob

Cozy and Convenient

Cozy hotel which was in such a convenient location, it was opposite the MTR station as well as near a few convenience stores and there was a Starbucks nearby. There was also an ATM around the corner which was handy. The hotel was easy to find and on the 11th floor accessible by lift. The family running the hotel are lovely and room was basic but had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location with hotel building being a few paces away from subway entrance. Airport coaches stop are close by. The hotel is quite well kept and I had a room facing inside, little natural light but quiet. My only complaint is elevator wait can be long at times due to hotel being in a multiuse building.

Worth the high star score

Located in the 11th floor, via the elevator close to Jordan Station. We checked in around midnight, and had to buzz in the receptionist as instructed. She looked sleepy but still managed to be impressively most professional, as she informed me of all the available facilities and functions of the room, like wi-fi, drinkable water, washing machine down the hall, etc. The twin room was a bit small and the toilet and shower aren't separated by a tub, but was still more than a perfect fit for two guests on overnight layover. Checking in/out was easy and pleasant. Worthy note, if you have some fear of heights, our room was located past an open-air balcony but no danger was sensed while crossing it twice.

Thank you for a pleasant stay at your property. Your place is small but has most of the things people need and you keep it so clean. One thing could be improved: the blanket is a bit too short. I like to wrap the blanket around my feet but I couldn't do that because the blanket is not long enough, and I'm only 5' 3". It may not be a problem for others. Also the A/C didn't stay in the "powerful" position for more than 15 minutes. It automatically turned to "econo" mode. It's fine with cool weather in Feb. But if it's in the summer, people might like it stay "powerful" longer. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. Thank you again.
