The hotel was very helpful in assisting us receiving our suitcases through Airporter service. Furthermore, they assisted us in paying cash for a parcel delivery that we organised from Tokyo. We booked two three night bookings separately and they made it very easy to link the two bookings so we did not need to change rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there for 6 nights. The smart TV allowed us to easily stream YouTube on TV. The only thing that I wish they did was service the room every two days rather than every three days. The distance to the subway station was not as close as we would have liked but it is an easy walk on a wide flat pathway majority of the way so easy for wheeling suitcases. The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Whilst not surrounded by shops, restaurants and cafe, there are still many variety of eatery options in the surrounding area within short walking distance. We felt the hotel felt like a home in Kyoto. It was perfect for a family of four with the amount of space it offered.

Staff: very friendly Room: very clean, but the room we chose the hallway was narrow, hard to have luggage there and walk in. But once you walk in, it’s spacious. The best part was that it has its own laundry room. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond to help us. We needed help with suitcase shopping. One of the staff member exactly told is where to go and we found some amazing deals in that store. The lobby had all the essential goodies like coffe/mouthwash/toiletries etc

Super spacious and exactly as pictured! There was a bunk bed along with a dining table with all the necessities to a kitchen. There were many convenience market options including 7/11 and family mart about 5min walk. Safe neighborhood and friendly staff. The hotel is about 10mins from the train station but it's in a pretty quiet and safe location. Would recommend 100% for people travelling with family and kids!

Large room size! Very close to Nijo castles. Close to a few of nice cafe and restaurant. The place is clean and staff are friendly. It’d be nice if there a toaster in the kitchen.

The room was perfect for us and our two adult children, who had their own bunks. The room was spacious and clean with a 7-11 and subway station very close. The staff was super kind and incredibly helpful while trying to ship our luggage to our next destination. Would absolutely stay here again.
