Nice town house in the old town of l'Escala, close to shops, restaurants and activities for you to spend a unique family vacation. Ideal for those looking for a spacious house that is close to everything, with free parking and only 300 meters from the beach.

The house is charming. It welcomes us with an original door and a fresh front patio full of plants that give it a very cozy touch. On the ground floor of the house, the fully renovated kitchen, a bathroom with shower, the living-dining room, a games room and a bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor, four bedrooms (two of them with two single beds, the other two with a double bed), a sunny terrace and a bathroom with shower.

At the back of the house, a large area where the parking lot (with capacity for two or three cars), the porch area equipped with outdoor tables and chairs, and a barbecue where you can enjoy delicious meals surrounded by friends and family. .

The house has ceiling fans in all rooms, free Wi-Fi connection, washing machine and dishwasher.
