Holiday accomodation with swimming-pool and garden in L’Escala. Villa Lluna is the perfect place to go with your family and enjoy a house with nice private pool in a quiet neighborhood, less than 600m from Riells, the main beach of L’Escala. You will be delighted by the outside of the house thanks to its large pool and green gardenwhere to cool yourself in the hot summer days. The terrace in front of the pool is also appreciated by the persons who like to enjoy a good barbecue dinner with their friends and family while the children are playing around. As your safety and privacy are also important to us, the plot is totally fencedwhich make the house a good place to stay with your petstoo.The house is full equipped and confortable with services such as free Wifi and air conditionning, Satellite TV, a garage to park your car and direct access to the terrace from the kitchen and living-room.This two-storeys villa is divided as follows: -1st floor: a large double-bed bedroom with wardrobe, a complete bathroom and a small terrace. -Ground-floor: 2 large bedrooms (with 2 individual beds and one double bed, respectivally), one bathroom with shower and toilets, full-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a large bright living-room.The villa Lluna is ideally situated in a quiet área close to the beach of Riells, a shallow family sandbeach. In the surroundings, less than 10 minutes walking, you will also find all sort of amenities and shops as well as bars, restaurantsand the stop for the turistic shuttle “Carrilet” which will drive you to the best spots of L’Escala. NB: Free air conditionning between June 11th and september 17th. Our accomodations are equipped with sheets (beds are not made) but not towels, you can either bring your own or rent them through us. In the latter case you can reserve them by contacting us before, or upon arrival (subject to availability).
