Our stay at Casa was wonderful. Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful. The grounds were gorgeous, there is a delightful nature trail on the property (where we spotted a sloth!), and my wife and I received a wonderful massage at the spa. The room was good and the beds very comfortable. Plus the included breakfast was great. We would definitely stay here again

Overall, a good stay. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. One annoying thing is the low WIFI (internet) speed and poor telcom signal (only 3G with low bars)

A gem in La Fortuna. Not in the downtown area but perfectly situated for our needs. We ate in the restaurant every night and it did not disappoint.

Casa Luna definitely set the mood for our Rain Forest excursion. Beautiful Resort Like Hotel with a lush landscape setting. It felt very secluded even though it was an only a 5 minute from the main street. The rooms are very private, spacious and clean. Our balcony had a view of the volcano. The grounds are very well maintained, we enjoyed the 6 hot tubs nestled away from the main pool. The staff was friendly and attentive. Nice dining in the restaurant .The message topped off our experience.

Nice hotel

This is a nice hotel. Check in was easy and the room was comfortable. Our only disappointment was that only one of the five hot tubs was actually hot. We were told to push the button on each ahead of time to warm them up, but that was unsuccessful.

Pros: the hotel grounds are nice, staff were very helpful/friendly, the pool area is great, and the breakfast was excellent. It's in a great location close to La Fortuna waterfall and walking distance to the El Salto rope swing and a few restaurants. We had a car though, and I would recommend having one if staying here for better access to La Fortuna. Cons: the wifi doesn't work in the rooms - only in the pool area, restaurant, and lobby. The bed (specifically the pillows) were not comfortable, quite hard. Lastly, the walls are very thing and you can hear everything. If you have good neighbors it's not a problem, but we had some young girls partying at 3:00am above us and it was terrible. Despite that on the first night, the staff were accomodating and moved us upon request. Overall, I would stay again.
