I had to go to the office and request soap and shampoo. It was not already in the room. The AC was very loud. Needed earplugs to sleep.

The heater blower in our room started to squeal loudly, management instantly gave us another room. Owners of motel did an excellent job of taking care of us and we will be back.

The furnishings were nice and the location was convenient. Parking was well lit and I felt secure. The WIFI was down. The phone service to the front desk was down. We needed a down stairs room and there was no way to communicate our needs for that prior to booking. We had a large group meeting in LaGrange and many booked elsewhere because of the communication issue. They did not clean the rooms or make up the rooms day to day so we had to use the same towels over and over. The ice machine was broken and the floors were filthy. I wear white socks and in 2 minutes after my shoes were off the soles of my socks were black with dirt, they never mop the floors...never. The desk clerk was nice if you could find her. If you do not mind those issues you will probably enjoy staying there.

No phones for last 2 months making it’s difficult to make reservations or contact hotel… Wi-Fi issues. Paint coming off the walls from past water issues. Hotel needs some serious TLC.

no phone ssrvice and there is little provision made to plug in an extension cord to service boat batteries for fisherman. the only way we can stay with you all is to sqeeze the electric cable under the door to our room. many motels and resorts provide outside outlets for fishermen guests!! just a few such outlets would make many guests much happier!!!
