John was awesome with suggestions for dining etc. We highly recommend to anyone staying in La Jolla. Great location within walking distance to everything but not in a “commercialized” area.

Perfect spot

Cute & Convenient
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayCute little cottage in a great location. Super close to the beach and walking distance to excellent restaurants. Owner was very friendly and gave superb dining recommendations, including spots that seemed popular with locals. Parking was on street but no troubles finding nearby spots and it was over Memorial Day Weekend. Kitchen was nicely stocked. It was perfect for a couple on a getaway extended weekend!

Amazing stay

The views from the front deck during sunset are amazing. We will definitely be looking to book this place again if we come back to the San Diego area.

Fabulous stay! Again!
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay. Again! We stayed here last year and liked it so much we came back! John is a wonderful host, the house is beautiful, and the location is ideal. We stayed for 3 weeks and walked everywhere. The beach is right down the street and the sunsets are magnificent. We can't wait to come back.

Excellent Location and Excellent Host
Publié le 10 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOutstanding location waking distance to the village with many restaurant and shopping option, you can see the beach from the property. John was great with his hospitality and great suggestions. Kitchen was well equipped to easily cook meals if you choose. Bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Couldn't ask for anything better. Epic run along the coast with outstanding views with close up sightings of sea lions and harbor seals and pelicans. Great shopping in the village.

La Jolla Paradise

Just two blocks from the ocean and a short walk to downtown, it could not have been more convenient for our idyllic La Jolla getaway. Plenty of street parking, an attentive and informative host, and paradise right at our fingertips. I highly recommend and definitely plan on attending.
