Nice decent hotel. Room was clean and smelled good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We spent most of our time in the pool area, it is terrific, clean and well kept. The complimentary breakfast was nice. Front desk attendant was out standing. He graciously jumped our car battery when it died. Can’t wait to stay again.

Staff was very nice. Be careful walking across the parking lot especially at night. It goes from gravel to asphalt with about a 3" lip. Someone in our party tripped and got hurt. rooms were clean.

The room was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the handicap parking was right next to the handicap room. My only complaint would be the shower/tub was very high off the floor making it rather hard to get into. I recently had knee replacement and being so high off the floor made it difficult to access, Thank goodness for the handlebars.

Staff was friendly when we checked in. However for the price it was horrible! The facility is about a 0/10. The building is in deplorable conditions. Neds painting - needs repair and updating. There was garbage laying in chairs, on patio, still there the next morning was still there. Sidewalks dirty, garbage everywhere! Dirty!!! We opened our door and musty smelling like mould! The rooms are rotted out! No up keep! The shower wall plate falling off the wall! For the price we paid we are very disappointed! $225 Canadian and it was not worth it! No more Days Inn stays for us!

The breakfast was very small. The hot part was only waffles. Yogurt, cereal, bread and some fruit was all. Asked to have my room cleaned and they never came. Went to get towels since they were not changed and they only had one towel to offer me. The girl did not know why the room was not cleaned. Went to the hot tub and no towels there either. I would not stay here again.

There was no staff in the lobby. Check-in was done via a video kiosk. I had requested a downstairs room. There were none, so I had to lug my things upstairs. The railing was filthy. The room was shabby. The fridge and microwave were exposed in the back. There was mold along the edge of the tub and the shower head was breaking away from the plastic wall. I was afraid to use it. Even the Welcome booklet was nasty, looked like it had been wet, and who knows with what? I didn’t dare touch it. Days Inn used to be a nice place to stay, but they've become as shabby as the worst Motel 6. For shame!

I showed her the confirmation #, but she said she didn't care about that, just what her computer said. the couple with me was charged for their room then. When i complained she told me it was hotel.com problem, now you tell me it is the hotels problem WHICH IS IT? i WANT REFUND OF 1 ROOM AND I DON'T CARE WHO IS RESPONSIBLE BUT ONE OF YOU IS
