Nice relaxing vacation

It was very nice staying here. My kids enjoyed it. The staff was awesome. Very friendly. The breakfast they offered was awesome variety of different types of food. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Honest review

The stay was OK until i woke up itching and having red bumps over my body. I was itching all night. My back is eating up the most. I'm pretty sure it's bed bugs. The bed was loud when you move and very uncomfortable .I mean very disappointing. The staff were friendly and all. I know that i won't stay there again because of me getting bit up

Good experience

Very friendly staff! The building is a bit of a maze. We opted for a newly renovated room, it appears they're renovating in stages. The breakfast was as expected and sufficient for our needs. The hotel is quiet. The gym is teeny tiny. The central courtyard is actually pretty nice.

The room I booked for our annual stay at this Townewood Suite was not available upon our arrival. Thank goodness you have a wonderful young lady named Shayla on staff who worked above and beyond to find a room close to the one I had booked in advance. (Apologies if I misspelled her name), but she was the best thing about our stay. The juice machine was broken for both days of our stay. Not acceptable! The hotel in general needs more attention to cleanliness and upkeep of the physical part of the property. It is starting to feel rundown and tired.

Check in was quick. But I counted 3 bugs in the room. Closet had no door at all looks as though they removed it but left the fixtures of where it was. Ac vents looked rusty. Baseboards full of marks. Needs to be remodeled.
