After checking in, found our room not to have been cleaned from the previous booking. Breakfast left something to be desired, but at least waffles were an option

Well it was nice that the location was good. I was not happy that when I arrived my room was still dirty. So I had to wait for it to be cleaned. I really think that it was not cleaned really well. I don’t think I will stay there again.

They didn't give me the room I reserved. So I went back to talk to the front desk and she did nothing about it.

Amazing water pressure
Publié le 5 nov. 2023 sur HotelsHotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in the Suite with a king size bed, queen size bed, a futon, and a hot tub. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but the shower had amazing water pressure and was really warm. Room was very large. Obviously a little bit of an older hotel, but overall very clean.

This place needs a major renovation!!! Dirty walls that aren’t cleaned and need painting; dust on the lampshades and crude on the furniture by the bed; telephone the dirtiest thing i’ve ever seen!!Bathroom tub fixtures are all rusted out and the sink area has splashes of toothpaste (?) or whatever on the walls; the coffee area in the room has coffee splashed all over the wall also.
no breakfast as stated on line!
