Americana Village was such a relief for us as we got stuck in a snow storm and all roads were closed. The staff was very welcoming and helpful and the suite really clean. If I had to make a constructive feedback I would advise to double check on the foldable cot mattress and mattress protection cleanliness. Ours had crumbs and stains on both the mattress and protector. I know it has a cost too but the rugs in the dining/couch area felt really dirty probably due to the high pile and all the people walking on them with dirty shoes.

The breakfast was served by one person and not a buffet, everytime you need something (as trivial as a spoon or a salt) you have to ask for it, where multiple others are already standing in line. They will give one boiled egg per person. Even a banana is cut into half and served as a half.
