Bon hôtel pour les petits budgets. Relativement propre. Parking et wifi gratuit. Pas de breakfast.

Nice and clean

Pretty average hotel, what I liked was that it was very clean. The last two hotels that we stayed at in the Lancaster area were not very clean.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The heating unit was off when we checked in, and it took a long time for the room to warm up. The bathroom was very cold unless you ran a warm shower to heat up the room. Also, the heating unit was very noisy when it turned on.

Fine room

It was a fine clean room. My only complaint was that the heating unit only had the option for high and low speed, and the general temperature range. It was hard to figure out what dials to set to make it a normal temperature without going to either extreme.

I was there during a snowstorm. Luckily I had a portable shovel because I had to shovel the parking lot to get out. One of the staff pulled in but didn’t even bother to say anything to me. When I checked out and informed the clerk (who seemed annoyed as if I had woken her up) that the blow dryer didn’t work, she didn’t respond. Actually she never said a word to me. She was also dressed inappropriately.

The room was nice and clean. The young lady who checked us in was friendly and professional. The bed was very comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The only thing that was disappointing is that we checked out and left at 6:45 am and there was no coffee available in the lobby. It was not a big deal as the hotel was not full so I get it, plus we left on a Sunday morning and the neighborhood was deserted so we were only ones awake at that time. But it would have been nice to start the day with a cup of coffee before getting on the road.

Told them about the heat wouldn’t fix or give another room. Kids was cold all night. If I could give no stars I would all that money spent with crappy service.

Everything was ok close to downtown. The night some people were fighting around 3am. Also there a piice of woods on the hallways ir was weird.

Not America’s Best

The HVAC system did not appear to work correctly. The room was freezing when we checked in - a/c blasting in dead of winter. We switched over to heat & no ability to turn off the noisy fan. Difficult sleeping as it was too noisy. Would have liked another blanket. Light & fan automatically came on when we walked I. The bathroom- blinding us in the middle of the nite. No coffee maker in the room only fridge & microwave. Was under the impression that a light breakfast would be available & it was not. Did not see a DO NOT DISTURB door hanger.
