Publié le 31 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwaySister trip to Buffalo and Niagara. 4 sisters and we enjoyed the property. coffee bar was nice, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and house was very clean. Stairs were steep as noted but we managed and all in our 60’s and 70’s.’

Great meeting spot with friends

The house was very clean and in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks and walking distance to stores, cafes, parks. The living room and den were great for allowing space for the kids to hang out in one area and the adults in another.

Perfect Accomodation

We truly could not have had any better accommodations for our family and our family friends who stayed with us. The house was immaculate upon arrival and stocked with everything you could possibly think of without being cluttered or overwhelming. The layout of the house was great with plenty of space in the eat in kitchen and 2 rooms to hangout in on the first floor, along with wonderfully sized bedrooms on the second floor. I would highly recommend staying here if you do have kids as it was a very kid friendly place (complete with a baby gate, high chair, and stroller if needed!) Host was also incredibly understanding about our 1 year old knocking a picture off the wall. The neighborhood was very quiet and had great access to all that we needed (Niagara, Target, surrounding towns, Downtown Buffalo, etc) If we ever find ourselves back in the Buffalo area again, we will be staying here, and also recommending to anyone we know.

We were attending a family wedding and the property was absolutely perfect. Just a short walk to the village of Lancaster, which is quaint and lovely. Book this property with confidence.

Everything We Needed
Publié le 16 août 2022 sur HomeAwayMy husband and I stayed at this adorable vintage home with my daughter, her husband and three children, ages 4 and under, in order for them to see their great aunt and great grandparents for a weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to find the house had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The house was well stocked with staples and it worked out perfectly. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the evening after the youngsters were in bed. Would definitely stay there again if the opportunity arises.

Publié le 12 août 2022 sur HomeAwayProperty was perfect…nice home. As stated in listing..stairs are very steep but ok to navigate holding on to railing. Back deck very comfortable. Only issue is location is a distance from south towns and north towns as well City but manageable. Would stay there again..perfect size for the 6 of us.

Family reunion
Publié le 25 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayOur family of 8 traveled to Buffalo for a family gathering. The house is located in a very pleasant neighborhood where we felt safe and enjoyed walking. As for the house itself, it was built in 1890 and has been restored very nicely. The kitchen is fabulous, it is fully supplied with anything you might need to prepare for your family.
It is air conditioned but the upstairs can get a little warm during the summer. However, there are extra fans in each bedroom. A lovely destination.
