"A really high end villa with excellent rooms and space, with a fantastic pool with added features a real plus in hot weather.The Villa is not super close to Supermarkets, but they are about 20-25 min walk away, same for local restaurants/bars if you like us were hiring a car, but very easy walking no hills all pretty much one level, just hard when hot.It has an excellent bbq which we did use and enjoyed, would reccommend the Dia supermarket, again that is walkable but out past the College campus area, as well stocked and best choice of meats, others if you had a car to get to them.One small issue on our stay was we lost water, typical the day we visited the mud flats, so really wanted showers but had no water for along time, or flushing toilets, but the whole area was out it seems, but still would have been nice to have had small gesture made for that inconvenience.Overall a top villa and lovely area it seemed very quiet in town, and restaurantsand the Mar Menor are so lovely and water warm, I would recommend this villa if you are a large party."

"Only stayed for one night but would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Right on the seafront and walkable to all amenities of the resort and town. Parking can be somewhat difficult during busy periods, first time we parked we were on the next street, the second time we parked was a 4 minute walk away so not far. The lady on reception was super friendly and accommodating and made lots of recommendations for exploration of the area. Overall a lovely stay at Hotel Alaska!"

"We had a great stay! The pool was very nice and had a large step that was great for our kids to play on.The beds were comfortable. Air condition was great. Washing machine was in the pool closet outside, but worked well. WiFi worked well.There were several small amenities at the house that made the stay great: shopping trolly for groceries, pool floaters, extra blankets, etcThe neighborhood is quiet and about a 10 minute walk to the beach/town. The mall and supermarkets are 5 minute drive (30 minute walk). The only negative about the place were the VERY slippery floors and stairs. We fell several times (not just the kids). Additionally the sliding door to come in from the pool would get VERY hot and actually burned someone’s fingers tips.The host was great and very responsive."

"A comfortable and clean stay. Staff were all attentive and looked after us throughout our stay. Young lady at the bar was very friendly and reception were more than happy to help organise taxis and reservations during our time there. Looking forward to returning in the future!!"
