Everything was great except handheld showerhead was cracked and sprayed everywhere, got the floor wet & slippery. This was a handicapped roll in shower and it got slippery for my husband who uses a walker

I arrived on Saturday the 31 st of January, the guy in the front desk was in a mad mood , I did not like the way I was received. Was between 5 and 6 pm. Also it is rare that my room it wasn't made i asked and was told that the house keeping works every other day. So I suppose to get shower every other day??
