DISGUSTING SMELL, UNFRIENDLY, STAFF!!

If you like the smell of a rotting corpse this is the hotel for you! When we first checked in the hotel and hallway smelled so good, then we got to our room and the smell so so strong we were nauseous. We called the front desk and asked to be moved and they sent someone up with air freshener. It helped for a couple of hours. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't handle the smell anymore. The room needs updating and deep cleaning. The carpet was new and clean, and the bed was comfortable, but everything else was awful!

This was my first time staying at a Sonesta property. Parking was plentiful, the place smelled clean and fresh, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again!

The door to the room would not open. There was a 1 inch gap in door and frame. Room not very clean. Hotel itself not clean. Staff not friendly. Not a great experience for first trip to Las Vegas.

The website stated there was a continental breakfast and restaurant which was not open when we got there. The hot tub was broken, there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and room that affected our family’s allergies and we had to find a new hotel in the morning. We came as a gymnastics group and had to get accommodations for everyone. It was very inconvenient for our team and it took two days for the allergic swelling in my eyes to subside after leaving.

No breakfast was provided due to the fact that, the kitchen onsite was closed and it seemed it has been for a long time.
