Overall good stay

The welcome book is clear regarding house rules and provides good information about the surrounding area. The host responded to our questions and concerns in a timely manner. We will choose this property again for our future stays.

The pool area for one was not at all like the old pics - a black ugly fence has been installed very close to the pool not even allowing you to put chairs in the sun to actually enjoy the pool. Things were not stocked well. We had a "house guest" we were not expecting. The grill in the backyard did not work - was replaced by owner but was brought over and our husbands ended up having to help him put it together and our dinner was finally cooked and ready about 7:30 that night. The outdoor dining area was not a place I would comfortably eat my dinner. Not a property I would recommend. A lot could be done to the home/property to improve the customer experience.

Hosts beware. In a desert environment it’s not uncommon for a desert mouse to get in a house. What is uncommon is for a guest to threaten a poor review based on the amount of compensation they get even if you had pest control there in 30 minutes after learning of it. Pool fence is required by law and safety. Grill works fine, but we brought another to be safe within a couple hours. How many hosts do or should be expected to do that? This guest stopped responding on the platform, but continued to personally text, disrespect and extort on my personal number. It doesn’t happen often in this business, but occasionally we have guests like this as hosts unfortunately. Glad to be able to move beyond this guest and continue to host the amazing guests that make up the vast majority of humanity and the VRBO community outside of our experience with this person. She made my teams life terrible over the weekend.

Beautiful Property
Publié le 12 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house is beautiful, very clean, neat, and well taken care of. The heated pool and hot tub was perfect! Very nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful, we would definitely stay here again. Matthew was very easy to reach and stayed in touch.
