Black Hills 2023

When we arrived the property looked like it could use a little grooming, inside the house our group ended up washing bedding, towels, hand clothes, cleaned toilets, cleaned refrigerator and vacuumed the house. The spa had a ring around it and needed to be cleaned before use. I called the manager and had the spa company come out and clean the spa, which they did the next day. The spa company crew were very nice and did a nice job. Never heard from the property manager again. Never heard from the cleaning crew. We definitely left the property cleaner than when we arrived. Hopefully the cleaning crew gets there act together.

Thanks Mark! We did report any issues to the cleaners and have since gotten it deep cleaned and looking good. We are sorry you had some issues.

Hillside Hideaway
Publié le 27 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in this cabin previously. This property works well for our family, especially since they changed out the daybed/trundle for a full-size bed. Heck of a driveway but everything else is good.

Nice cabin
Publié le 19 sept. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe had to fold towels that were left I. Dryer and also had to empty the dishwasher upon arrive so we could use it. We enjoyed this cabin but thought that stuff should have been taken care before we got there. If this is ever for sale please let us know as we r looking to move back into this area.

Great getaway

Cabin is larger than photos suggest. Everything you need in the kitchen. A bit outdated, but this added to the charm. Would stay again!

Not worth staying here
Publié le 27 août 2022 sur HomeAwayThe carpet was disgustingly dirty. The whole house needs a deep cleaning. Stairs to upper level are extremely difficult to maneuver. Overpriced for what it is.

Stay was ok but would have been nice to have had tv. As I said I called about it but no response j
