Nous avons contacté immédiatement le propriétaire et une personne est venue rapidement constater les dégâts. Elle a également sorti les lits supplémentaires d’une armoire barrée car nous étions 12. Donc, nous aurions eu également ce problème si elle n’était pas venue pour le lavabo. Ce dernier a été réparé uniquement le lendemain soir sur l’heure du souper! Nous avons dû cuisiner pour 12 personnes sans lavabo de cuisine pendant presque toute la durée de notre séjour. C’est pour ces raisons que notre évaluation générale n’est que de 3 étoiles .

Hi Thank you so much for your feedback. I am truly sorry for the issue of the sink. We did our best to rectify the situation when you called late that evening. We had someone there to access the situation within the hour and our plumber was able to come back first thing in the morning at 9am the following day. When our plumber got there he needed a part to fix it but that part wasn't available until later that day. When he came back with that part later that afternoon he fixed the issue. I think we handled this in a fair and timely manner. We do have a dishwasher at this location so hopefully that helped during that down time. Again this was beyond our control and my sincerest apologies. Thank you so much for also reaching out to me privately to tell me how about how great of a time you all had.

Perfect storm watching

Wonderful For All
Publié le 7 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe spent two nights and loved it. There was space for everyone and having the three levels meant we could spread out. Access to the lake was great and so are the views. Getting to the National Park was easy and everyone enjoyed it. One tip- take bug spray! I doubt we’ll ever be back in that part of the world but I would stay here again if we are!
